  • Why you should include dive bomber pushup in your fitness routine.
    Dive bomber pushup is a full body calisthenics exercise that gives you flexibility and strength. It is quite similar to Hindu pushup and mostly works on the same muscle group. It also enhances your ability to execute another exercise like deadlift and bench press more efficiently.
    Dive bomber pushup is quite similar to the ‘Vinyasa Flow’ move in yoga. This workout literally works on all the muscle group of the upper body. It also enhances your core strength by giving it a good stretched out movement.
    Dive bomber pushup is often used in military training exercises. This workout is also referred to as Chinese pushup. The only difference is when you do reverse the gliding motion, in dive bomber pushup. It is an effective exercise that gives you head to toe body challenge.

      They are not that difficult though if you can do regular pushups easily but they are very good.
