Hey Zeoz long time sub. I got a pair of 1more xiaomi mi headphones. Basically the trident but with less engineering and more xiaomi. Got em dirty cheap but the reason was that it was the second gen wich is more controversial. Can you at least see if any of the patrons can sent an opinion. Since i don't have many headphones i don't have a reference to how good/bad they are.
@@dinucojocaru9507 probably bc they’re xaomi and suck
@@psychopopdesign well they are based on tridents and use same berilium driver. That's why I wanted to cmpare
That cable stays up better than I do...
Yeah, that’s what she told me 😉
Been using a pair of elegias and a dragonfly on the bus to work for about a year. Missed the final stop so many times it was becoming a problem.
I think we measure everything in steak dinners from now on.
I own Elegias and love them. They definetely deserve a good amp. My Asgard 3 is great. The original wire broke in 2 - 3 weeks and I was glad to see it go. A nice Periapt cable is perfect.
I have an Asgard 3 also and it’s a small but noticeable improvement over a Magni 3+ with the Elegia.
I just got a pair today on craigslist for $125. I will pair them with my Jotenheim and Bifrost 2 to see how they stack up against my Clears.
Currently listening to this review with my Elegias on my head at work. I go portable with these baddies everyday. No issues. They are by far my favorite headphone in my collection. I bought them for $500 as a floor model
Just curious, but why do people do this? Why would they take time watching a review of something they not only have, but are currently using lol? I can't understand it. Are people just trying to help justify their purchase, maybe a little buyers remorse because of the laughable price for plastic?
@@disco4535 yes and also watching for other gear that someone is pairing with them. sometimes other tips too. things to try.
@@disco4535 Just curious.
Why some people watching reviews about the laughable priced pieces of plastic, moreover read comments and comment on comments, hmmm, interesting isn't it?
Got these as a birthday gift about 8 months ago. Dekoni sheepskinned them for passive bass enhancement and they're f**king awesome
Literally just got my dekoni elite sheepskin pads and the bass is killer I don’t even need to EQ them anymore idk how that’s even possible
Bought these for $329 ... Australian dollars, in a Boxing Day sale. They arrived yesterday and I've now been ruined for everything else. They're a revelation. Blow my Hifiman HE-X4s out of the water. I love sales! ❤
Addicted to audio, I've come here to justify the same purchase hahahahah
I'm on the same boat. Haven't received mine yet. Looking forward😂
Just picked these up from AA today, patiently awaiting God tier sound for $329
they dont compare to most out there tho... thats why they are on sale lol
Finally! Some good closed-backs review! Oh my god! Thankyou!!
Bought my Elegias 9 months ago! They are, hands down, an absolute 'must' for any collector! I watched a few 'build' vids about them. Man, these things are a marvel. They are energetic and are so much fun for any genre. The braided cable is 'noisy' when listening at lower volumes and yes, it's way too short. Don't think, just get 'em.
How do they sound with electronic and hip/hop?
@@miloa.2684 Garbage. Mine showed up today and have already printed return label. Get what you pay for. Every. Time.
@@bethcarney5274 I felt the same way when I first got them but I kept hearing about the elite sheepskin ear pads for these headphones and gave it the benefit of the doubt and it actually sounds way better so much so I decided to keep them
The most informative AND funniest review I have watched for these headphones....and I thank you for that!!! :-)
3 weeks from now... _Focal Celestee _ Best Focal Yet
that aged like milk in the desert
Just picked up a pair of Elegia's a couple days ago after watching your review. Great review, and bang on the money. Soundstage and imaging are among the best, if not the best I've heard on a closed back pair of cans, and the mids and highs are really something on them. Transient attacks are flawless and evocative, and vocals have an almost ethereal quality to them.
I knew with these being from Focal, bass wasn't going to be their strength - and it isn't - but what it does manage, it delivers on. It never sounds muddy, muffled or boomy, just punchy and clear. If only they delivered a little more authority on the lower end, they'd be a 10/10. But at this price point, you can't ask for much else.
TL:DR - you want a pair of headphones you're gonna wear and headbang with? These aren't it. But if you want headphones you can sit back, relax and listen to for hours with haunting clarity and stunning detail, these are definitely some of the best headphones for the money.
You should try to get your hands on the Focal Celestee, which imo is better then the Elegia. Celestee is an Elegia with more bass and with a proper pinna gain. Elegia is by the way discontinued.
Celestee is on the way.
@@ZReviews Nice! Looking forward to your review of the Focal Celestee. BTW your wrists are fat as fuck.
Celestee is boring compared to the Elegia. Technically more accurate though..
Double the price though! At least where I live
Dekoni sheepskin pads+ bass boost eq/button BOOM Elegia are bass legends problem solved amazing for the price
Stellia owner for about a year now, take them everywhere I go and would not trade them for the world 😃. I do however honestly prefer the color scheme of the elegia and ESPECIALLY celestee. Do you know of any service to possibly get them custom painted?
I bought these for 430 on Adorama middle of last year. I found them to be an exciting headphone that can be a bit bright at times. Using the dekoni sheepskin pads I got more bass presence which I found a bit lacking in the stock configuration. However, close backs, regardless of their tuning are more fatiguing for me than open backs so I ended up giving them to a family member. I also own the Ether Cx now which I would agree is more neutral than the Elegia and not as exciting. Comfort wise I prefer the Ether but the Elegia wins in aesthetics IMO. I had a couple issues with these that caused me to give them to a family member. The seal sometimes was a bit aggressive, using fenestrated pads fixed this but then I lost bass so I stuck with the non-fenestrated sheepskin pads. Also when I used them for video games it sounded like there was a hole in the upper bass low mids that sounded really odd but I didn't notice this issue so much with music. Glad you like them though and will continue on watching your review.
They're on sale on a few sites for 400 flat new today. Absolute steal imo
have had my Elegias for almost a year now. They were on my keep-dreaming-list at 999€, but saw a deal once and that was it. Did my homework before pulling the trigger and thought there couldn't be too wrong with them (without auditioning them). So I now finally have something that sounds looks and feels great. Other phones are koss esp 95x and h59x jubilees. The focals do nothing wrong. I hear texture in the bass, full-bodied vocals, male or female, everything is detailed, highs are present with ever being sybilant or piercing, extension everywhere, I hear down to 20ish Hz. they're actually an all-round great set. they maybe have a little emphasis on mids? just a smidge? Nothing steals the stage here, perhaps because the imaging too is great. The Koss sound amazing for me, but they just look like a plastic toy... :(
I hear some emphasis on the upper mids. David Lee Roth’s voice can get a bit shrill at high volumes in some of the newer remasters. But thats nit picking as they’re an amazing headphone with tremendous dynamic capabilities.
you pushed me off the fence ... I found an "as new" set locally on a buy and sell web site. Got them for 500 Canadian / 400 US. Just wanted to say I'm super happy. Using them for gaming also .... and they are fantastic !!
Just an update ..... as they broke in they just keep getting better and better .... no regrets. 🤗
Still got them?
These are awesome headphones for price. 100 hours of break in and using ifi zen dac. I have added balance headphone cable from meze, it improved the bass, bass got very good after break in as well 21:55 . It is bargain of a price to be honest. Excellent build quality remember it was sold at $950 price point. They are still a available $300-$400 online
I love my Elegias. They are awesome and just full relaxed sounding. Intimate, rich and beautiful. If i want more lifeness and space i switch to my Aryas - but i still love my Elegias :-)
Hey bro do you have a 3rd party xlr balanced and if you do.what cables do you use
I just got some B-Stock Elegias last week, along with my Elexes. Really love both so far, amazing.
Elex? Still an open back headphone, still prefer it to Elegia. Detailed without being fatiguing, well rounded...amazing.
Elegia? A closed back that just doesn't give up much. Not too boomy, well rounded, detailed, surprising soundstage for closed. Highly recommend both.
amazing! Thanks!
Just scooped these on Adorama for $379. I am very pleased.
Now to get a really great DAC/Amp (probably the Gryphon), a set of cables, and I'll have the foundations of a really spectacular audio system (especially since I have Ety ER4SRs too).
Can you please redo the Clear or do the new Clear MG at some point? Because those are the best Focal makes IMO.
Not even close, Utopia & Stellia are better by a mile. I own the clear and the Stellia are miles ahead imo…
Love the Elegias!.... So well balanced and great soundstage... At times the lower mids can feel a tad bloated but most of the time just... Love the Elegias...
I was surprised by the soundstage for a closed back headphone. They have good 3D imaging also.
For me there’s a dip in the mid bass, but I do listen to a lot of electronic / alternative music, so I probably notice it more
are these still worth it in 2023? they are on sale for 50% off brand new here in norway atm.
Yes.
Great headphones. Bought these last year on discount. Sound stage, imaging, separation, and detail on these are all amazing. Folk, acoustic, vocals, and anything well recorded in general on these will shine (though you can still enjoy your black metal with these as well). The bass on these is really good, though a little light by default. I use the bass boost feature on an Xduoo XD05 plus, and it takes the bass right where it needs to be. Also, the stock cable is garbage, so be prepared to invest in a new one ($15 - $20 should cover you if you're running these SE).
Question: anyone know how long the pads are supposed to last?
DMS said that the tuning makes strings sound off and drums to sound boxed in. What do you think of that? Also, do you use the stock pads? I was thinking of getting the Elegia and running it off a L&P W2 balanced as well as my Sony ZX-507
@@jasonbhatnagar7134 I personally don't hear anything off regarding strings or drums. I do wish there was a little more energy in the higher frequencies, but that's my only quip. I'm still using stock pads, so I can't speak on how they might sound with other pads. Finally, with the sources you mentioned, they should sound great.
@@boozedduck Try the Dekoni Sheepskin Elite pads. Doesn’t change the tuning much and gives a slight boost to the bass. Pad life will depend on hours of use per day and how clean the pads stay. Sweat and dirt will obviously break them down faster.
If anyone is interested in buying a pair of these cans, I'm selling my 4 month old pair at the moment.
Edit: Thank you Z, you helped me sell my pair for $175 more than what i payed for it new lmfao
Love the passion in your reviews mate!!
Love my Elegia's with Dekoni pads (bass bump).
Dekoni Elite Sheepskins? That’s what I have in my Elegia.
$399 at Adorama right now (while supplies last. I just grabbed a pair to try out. Seems their blowing out their stock for the newer models.
Scored these for UNDER $320. They are AMAZING. If you can find a pair before they disappear, BUY THEM.
I remember I was hesitant to buy the Elegia's but when they dropped to $400 I snagged them and I have no regrets. Been waiting a while for you to review them, and I'm glad you got around to it. They are amazing!
I found the same deal via Adorama back in October. I was expecting an open box but they were brand new.
I also got mine in October 2020 on Adorama. I thought the price was a mistake. 😁
@@ANSWERTHECALLOFJESUSCHRIST Normally it would be true but when the deal shows up on Sickdeals it better be legit.
There's a new snare drum from Tama that's priced @ $399 street price. There's a retailer that made a serious mistake listing it @ $65 and a few people took advantage if it. One guy decided to show up on a Tama FB page and bad mouth the retailer when they cancelled his order and refunded his $$. Needless to say 75% of thr people chiming in did think kindly of this guys ethic standards. A feq people were of the opinion that when a retailer makes such a mistake it's their obligation to honor the price. Oddly the first exit to the price was only $88. With the next being $155. So there was definitely some sort of major error with their pricing system. Lucky for us the Elegia price was NOT a mistake but the result of thr distributor unloading Focal which they no longer are authorized to carry.
Gee wiz, I wish there was a headphone store with the same collections of Headphones you have. How nice it would be to try each one and pick the right one for my taste of music and budget. Thanks for the reviews.
Owning Elegia's for nearly 3 years, super happy with them.
I loved the Elegia sound much more than HD6XX.
Next stop Verite Closed. But someday I will surely get back to Focal camp.
Just picked these up for a little over $500 CDN on Amazon, just have to wait for a week before they come. Thanks for helping me decide. Love your energy!! Great vids!!

Got them a year ago. Really like them. Built beautifully as well. Bought them on sale bundled with a Dragonfly Red for $800 dollarydoos at the time. No regrets.
I own Elegia and from day one I haven't been fully on-board with their sound. They come off a little bass light and sound a bit metallic in the highs to my ears when paired with a Topping A90. ..... I don't hate them, just not sure I'm in love with them.
Dekoni Elite Sheepskin pads (non-fenestrated) for the +bass, and/or Resolve/Oratory's EQ profiles
@@MrKismayaz Yes! Oratory's EQ transformed the Elegia for me. The pad swap is also a must.
I love mine. Best headphones I've had. Hands down.
My Focal Celestee headphones arrived 2 days ago and I love them! The quality, the looks, how they sound punchy, smooth and clear at the same time. You should test them to see how they compare.
You should try out the Dan Clark Aeon 2 Noire, for a closed planar I hear it's great, and needs more reviews!
As posted on another channel about the Focal Elegia: As a one-and-done purchaser type -- the polar opposite of the serial upgrader sort -- my approach is that of an "all in" variety. This assumes (accurately or otherwise) that Focal really knew what they were doing with this design but perhaps rushed the tonality a bit (so, hello Celestee/Radiance/Stellia?). Accordingly, I snagged the Dekoni Stellia pads (seems like the best combination of characteristics -- better sealing than stock, but not as hermetic as the full sheepskin set), Meze 99 cable (inexpensive, more flexible and less microphonic than stock, and with a 2.5mm balanced connection allowing for more amp power and, I suppose, at the margins, clarity), and EQ'd the Elegias at oratory 1990 (via a Qudelix 5K), slightly adjusted, in turn, through my interpretation of an on-line graph depicting the frequency effects of the Dekoni pads.
I never did listen to the Elegias in stock form owing to the wealth of instructive on-line reviews and technical resources (including as to the tonality deficits) but believe these Elegias, as modified and EQ'd, are end-game for me as a closed back headphone set. I, too, was never a big headphones EQ adherent, but for a product like this -- equisitely engineered and expensive, yet modifialbly deficient in execution (suggested not only by fellow users but Focal's fairly quick replacement of them with otherwise remarkably similar models), that step struck me as self-evident given my desires and idiosyncrasies.
I have a pair of elex and when i saw the elegia for $480 i bought them on the spot now just to wait for shipping
What are you thought between them, im still deciding
@@antoniolackyear9967 The elex have much more dynamic and punchy bass and sound more detailed all around but can also sound gritty in the top end (only in comparison). The elegia sound a bit smoother but can sound thinner at times but do a little better with poorly mastered music. If you care about midrange they are both a class above anything else ive heard. The elex also stage ever slightly wider but the elegia has better separation to me.
whats going on with sound demo? couldn't watch it even with vpn
I'd definitely be interested in your take on the Radiance / Celestee. Sounds like they're both very similar, but with more bass in the Radience.
Now you have to try the Celestee next. They just replaced the Elegias ;-)
I've not heard the Celestee but from what I've read about them, people say they are warmer and narrower than the Elegias... My guess is Z would prefer the Elegias but would good to see a review... Also the new Clears were announced today...
I really want zreviews to review the celestee
Lol
I have them and really like them after they opened up a bit
@@buster7618 did you ever own elegias? I own them, eq'd and i love them for jazz and electronic especially
had the elegia for a bit, it wasn't my cup of tea. timbre was a bit metallic for me, had a problem with bass roll off since i couldnt get a good seal, but i could see why some people love it.
I own the focal listen pro , and it got to me. I tried several headphones after that. The meze 99 classic, Sony wh mx10004. Beyerdynamic dt-770 pro. Shure aonic 50 etc. Always went back to the focal. Saw this review , found a sweet deal online. Received them yesterday. 🤯
These are great for the sale price, I'm not one to spend that much on cans but I got them from adorama for like $430 and I'm totally satisfied.
I think they sound controversial to people because their tuning is dependant on the pads and therefore the fit/seal. If they don't fit your noggin right they're going to sound wonky and bass light, but if you get a good seal I think they have great bass extension, detail, and imaging.
Yeah my head is in the narrow side and I barely get a good clamp. Dekoni Elite Sheepskins improve the bass a but these headphones make me wish for a GIANT head.
I have owned them for nearly 2 years and they are absolutely amazing, I use them with Emotiva bas-X (with the jumpers) and Beyerdynamic amp sounds excellent on both.
It also sounds well with a portable fiio amp this is just an amazing headphone in general all round performance. May need to eq for bass.

I've owned em since June and been using em with the Sonarworks profile for recording / mixing guitars / listening to music. They rock. The cable is the only downside -

Here is my first impression on day one
-The elegia sounds like an hybrid between the hd600 and sundara
- less comfortable then the hd600 and sundara.
- the passive isolation is good
- looks big on pictures but not that huge in person.
Interesting... I own both the Sundara and the HD600 and love them both, and now I was looking into these as a good closed back option. Since the price just dropped 50% on Amazon, these might be exactly what I'm looking for.
@@BobbyDigital6411 be warned they can sound a little odd. Some slight eq can do wonders.
I think it come from the fact they are closed. Because the Sundara and hd600 are much more open sounding. It s light

@@mikelanier5617 Adorama has them open box for $291
Focal story: Had the elegia, seemed very amp picky. Found it had dynamics and little detail from a mojo vs the M11 pro having detail and no dynamics. Bought Stellia, which sounds horrible on the mojo but great on the M11 pro. The M15 with over ear mode ignited the Stellia’s dynamics and that’s when I realized how good they could be. Even at low volumes, Stellia retains dynamic punch. At high volumes it retains imaging and scales. Thus, kept Stellia.
I bought them on sale but never liked the sound signature or the odd resonance in the cups. It sounded like too much reverb and the sound was too dry and sterile. Even with EQ I couldn't get it to balance out. They were okay on my iFi amp/dac with the bass boost but using them portably was not an option. I finally swapped on a pair of Dekoni pads meant for the Beyer DT line. The pads are much bigger and thicker than the stock Elegias. The swap resolved the tonal issues I had with the headphone and brought out the mid and sub bass. It's a highly capable driver but I think the acoustic tuning is off. I'm not sure if there are Focal-specific pads that would result in the same effect. I half-want to buy the Dekoni pads for the LCD line and apply though because they seem even thicker. The Elegias are super detailed and clinical but anemic in the low end and the low mids. It's an angular headphone too, not much is smooth stock. Having some thicc suedes definitely helped to round out the sound. Still isn't warm by any stretch but it's balanced.
You convinced me to buy these. Thank you very much
love my elegia - caught them on a deal from adorama for $400 - freakin steal - also have elex and i love those too
Me too! Same site same price.
What would you say separates those two from each other, sound-wise? if you'd be so kind :D
I also have Elegia, from Adorama for the $395 or whatever it was, as well as the Elex. If I need to listen to the kids, Elex; if I need to muddle outside noise, Elegia
@@masterxyr I had the Elear and they have more bass presence than the Elegia. The Elegia have a slight more detailed bass but it isn’t as elevated as the Elear. Elex drops the bass down a touch and increases a upper midrange dip in the Elear. The only difference between the Elear and Elex is the Clear pads on the Elex. Same headphone otherwise. Sometimes you just have to connect the dots to make headphone comparisons.
@@Assimilator702 so not too far apart then. Cheers :)
I saw this video I went on the Internet and I found a brand new elegia for 450 euros. I find them a tad bright, soundstage is very impressive for a closed back (definitely more soundstage than S 6xx). Imaging is fantastic, and bass depends on the song but always very fast. They feel very delicate when I hold them , but could be just that they are so pretty I hold them with too much care haha. Keep in mind these are my first impressions..
How is the bass /do they sound good with rap
You should look into some Shure SRH1840 headphones. Reviews are great but they seem to be slept on in terms of TH-cam reviews.
I thought the Elegias were "ok" at first but obviously brain burn-in and such made them much more acceptable to me over time. However...once I swapped out the pads for ZMF Auteur hybrids (non-fenestrated)...they became "holy crap I will use these everyday now." It's like they woke up for me.
How did you atach the ZMF pads on the Elegia?
Ha! In your face Zeos! This video came out before I bought the Clear and regretted my purchase, usually you make a video just after I buy something. I also found the Elegia 40% off, how do you like them apples?!
For any Australian viewers, the Elegia is on sale at addictedtoaudio.
Are you a Wizard!
Sorry my guy, looks like addictedtoaudio Jack's up the price to make it seem like a huge discount just like adorama. Elegia is 900 msrp, not 1400. With that said, based off Z still a good deal
@@fyrebolt This is in Australian dollarydoos, and they include tax.

@@pappsa8 Oh I usually just buy something and then am made aware of something more suitable that's out. I haven't had a closed back in a long time and it would be good to have something I could wear out and about if need be. I also found it at half the price of the clear which is a nice bonus.
I tuned into this review because I'm about to select a new set of headphones to replace a pair which failed under warrenty.
I had planned to look at the Meze Classic 99, but the dealer has a pair of these ex-demo with full warrenty at £499 . . .
Loved your approach and 'lack of f#@ks given' about being "respectful" to expensive brands. Subscribed 😁👍
Just bought some for 550$ CAD. Can't wait to have them on my head!
got these for 280 dollars basically brand new. Such an amazing steal
I got this as my first Focal headphones, I managed to get them at a 50% discount on the black friday sale.
The Elegia have the most unique sound signature I have ever heard.
It somehow manages to sound both narrow and wide at the same time while also sounding both boxy and open depending on what frequencies the drivers are playing. Which feels a littlebit weird but also refreshing and different and that makes me want to pick them up and use them often.
This is not a headphone for anybody who wants to do any serious audio work but it is perfect if you want to have a fun and unique listening experience.
The Elegia sound excellent for gaming in my opinion because it is so easy to pinpoint which direction sounds come from.
Personally I would say it is really close to the Sony MDR Z1R in this aspect. Even though the tuning is nowhere close to eachother.
I had the same feeling after getting a set a few days ago and listening to them for the first time. For reference I was using a set of Audeze LCD-2C's for the last year so the difference in sound was quite substantial. I'm using a Monolith THX amp so the sound is very neutral almost clinical to start with. But after burning them in for a bit I was still a bit disappointed with the sound of them, even for $300 off Adorama, would've been pissed paying full retail at $900 for the way they sound. That being said once I EQ'd them with APO I really enjoy them now. They're not as boxy sounding, more low end, great mid range and you're right that for gaming they are great. Throw in Dirac surround as well and it's almost cheating in games.
My biggest gripe with them honestly is the earpads. Maybe I've been spoiled by Audeze earpads but the Elegia pads just do not feel comfortable to me. The fabric on them is OK, but the memoryfoam is just really stiff even after being worn for awhile and warming up. Hoping a set of Dekoni pads will make that a bit better.
@@jakehathaway564 I am also considering the Dekoni pads, for me the stock pads are comfortable but I have heard that the sound signature changes a lot by swapping for Dekoni so I want to test it.
@@jakehathaway564 can u give some tips on how to eq them? also anyone has experience with pad swaps on those? actually anyone has a link to the stock pads? cant find them , thanks!
Are Focal pads all interchangeable? Put leather Celestee pads on this for instance?
I bought them when they were $400 - up against my E-MU Teaks they sounded wonky and unnatural... the timbre just sounded way off to me, so I had to send them back. I think my ears could have adjusted to them over time, but not when switching back and forth between open backs. YMMV.
That’s interesting. Comparing the Fostex TH-XOO Mahogany to the Focal Elear made the Fostex sound like a muffled and grainy mess. I sold the Fostex faster than I sold any gear in my life. I no longer lust after the “Fostex” tuning.
@@Assimilator702 could be the difference between closed and open, or could be that the Focal tuning is not for me. I haven't tried the Elear, Clear or Elex to know for sure.
Zeos how would you compare them against the Neumann NDH 20s?
Nice Job. Love those cans :)
yo zzzz for 555$ on amazon i think its worth every cent ?
are these not good for studio mixing use?
Great cans, using multiple sources and amps.
I have not heard the Stellias, but I am pretty happy with muy Eligia. Id I could find a fault, is that the emphasis on the midrange/vocals is a bit too much. I know they are not very strong with the bass, bit I it has not bothered me that much like it would in loudspeakers. My biggest problem is that I have not tested as many headphones so I can't compare them to others. I have a pair of old Bowers & Wilkins P7 that the Eligias blows them away for sure, but they are in different price bracket anyway. I do want to get a pair of open back (Clears or Elex) but that would also be un unfair comparison.
Best, I have ever heard. Bought them over the Singxer amp, I can get that later. ON a Monolith THX, JDS LABS Element, BTR5 with 2.5mm, and XDO5.
I just got a pair of these and find them to be amazing.
I love these fucking headphones they jsmust sound good and clear non fatiguing super comfortable and super premium build quality what else do you want. Still can't believe I picked these up for $350.
On Amazon for $399.00 as of November 16th 2022.
I love my Elegias. I bought replacement cables cause the stock one does suck. But they are my favorite out of the 10 sets of cans I own
How do these compare to the Focal Radiance?
I just bought a pair for my wife for $280 open box from Listen Up. Sick deal.
I guess I'm a baller cause the elegias are my daily cans that I use when I'm out and about. Feeling very smug right now😎
My favorite headphones! Paired with my idsd diablo is incredible
Got ehm for 380 bucks used (like new). An absolute bargain. It's now my daily driver.
Super torn on getting these Focals or the sennheiser HD660S for my first high end headphones
Focal.
Interesting that these were $1000 3 years ago. i bought them for $200 and they are bloody good. It was either these or the Celestee. I went with these and thank god I did
Just got these things on eBay for 430 usd. Exciteddd
Are you going to do a review on the gsx-mini
yes
I got some new Focal Elegia's for 75% off. best deal of my life so far
I was comparing Clear and Elegia a year ago in the shop and decided to buy the Clear. Elegia had more detail than Clear, but it sounded very narrow stage to me. Just my impressions.
Wanted a 2nd closed back headphone so I bought the Elegia, my first Focal headphone. I was impressed by it and went on to buy the Clear MG.
