Acute lumbar disc bulge :
When the nucleus breaks through the annulus, a bulging disc protrudes outward but the outer layers of the annulus remain intact. However, because the disc protrudes into the spinal canal, it can still compress a nerve root. Disc bulge is also called disc prolapse or disc herniation.

Sir mild posterior disc bulging seen at l5-s1 level causing indentation on thecal sac without compressive elements.and mild ligamentum flavum thickening seen at l5-s1 level. To me konsi exercises karu 3month ho gye me dar ke mare bed per leta hua hu.suggest me pls help🙏
