His voice got so much smoother holy shit
Yes!! In the early days he definitely pulled his voice down in his throat quite a lot. His modern voice is more balanced for sure.
Also a lot less of those little inflections. His voice was pretty wavy on the first record. Now he just sustains better.
I feel like they didn't mix the vocals well in this song. The instrumental is louder than Andy's voice. I don't understand why they did that, is it on purpose or a mistake? Hopefully the album is mixed well so we can hear Andy better.
Filip Cașcaval listen to it on a set of speakers or good headphones it sounds a lot more balanced than on phone or computer speakers

They re done it because when they recorded we stitch these wounds they didn't have the money to make it sound like how they wanted it to, its not so much cause of how much they improved over the years

I honestly think the production is awful. The guitars are louder than the vocals in the most part. Some sections sound like the guitars are midi even though they're not. The drum samples are something you'd get on a free library.

So glad you guys picked sweet blasphemy as the first single. This song has always had so much meaning and importance to the fandom, as it’s everything BVB and the BVBarmy stands for.
The emotion in this song finally comes through way stronger in this remake, the chorus gave me goosebumps and reminded me of all the good old days,

When this original album was released I was just a depressed kid, didn’t think I’d make it to 18, let alone nearly 21. With a fiancé and a newborn son. Life truly did get better. And I think I speak for everyone coming back to this after so long when I say this whole album was gold then, and is fucking gold now, glad you all made it. Stay strong bvb army ✌️

Not only has Andy's voice aged like fine wine, but his singing abilities have improved SO drastically! Jake and Jinxx are obviously killing it (I don't know enough about music to tell exactly what is different, but the guitar work seems a lot more complex) and it's really interesting to have CC drumming this song! So much energy!!! Also: welcome Lonny, you're doing great. :)
All in all, I'm really impressed. I didn't really know what to expect, but I like this a lot! ^^

This was an album that had more than a few great songs but Set the World On Fire straight up doesn't have a SINGLE bad song! ( i honestly can't really pick and choose because between Set the World on Fire and Vale, they put out just FIRE material with maybe the exception of a song or two!)

Every time I heard something that they had changed, I couldn’t help but smile because it sounds so good and natural.
I'm not a fan of this band but I decided to check this out. I like it. I listened to the original and I listened to this to see the difference. I can't lie. His vocals are amazing. I'm definitely gonna check out this album.
