  • Justin, John Deere Compact Tractor product expert, walks you through step by step on how to remove and install a 120R Loader to a 1023E, 1025R, or 2025R Compact Utility Tractor.
    * We used a 2022 John Deere 2025R but the process is the same for a 1023E and 1025R.
    * Load-N-Go does not effect the process.

Really appreciate how thorough you go into these demonstrations Justin. Just watched this video and the one you did on the mower deck for the compact utility tractors. Very well done and so helpful. Look forward to any more that you do on these compact tractors.

Great job explaining this process. I only remove and install once a year. It’s a nice refresher for installing. Thank you very much. ❤

Same as your mower remove/install video ... Informative, sufficiently detailed, and useful. Perfect ! Would like to see a remove/install video of the snowblower attachment. That would cover the trio of what are probably the three most popular attachments for the 1 and 2 Series tractors. Thanks ...

We agree. Justin made the installation as simple as pumpkin pie for my husband and I

Putting down the the brackets before you reattach the loader was a godsend. I never heard that before and figured the loader couldn’t attach with them down anyway. I put them down first as you said and was pleasantly surprised how well it attached.
One question though, you raised the brackets from the seat. There’s such a hard resistance lifting them up. It’s like there is a giant spring on both sides that fights against me.

Get off tractor still in gear, “ I’ll shut the tractor off so you can hear me”😂😂. Coming from a Kubota to a 1025R I constantly forget to shift this thing into neutral before I get off. I just got this tractor and love this tractor but maybe a little too many safety features for me. Same with the backhoe. I would rather have a pin for the verticals lock instead of a bar and lever. I don’t want the backhoe to lock constantly when I’m moving it to the vertical position just to move the tractor a little. I’d much rather have to older pin style and put the pin in when I’m done working and storing it in the shed.
