Sir, i have a question from Ray optics. Sir, According to Irodov, Power of curved surface =( refractive index of light entering medium - refractive index of light coming medium )/ radius of curvature of curved surface. If we apply this formula to thin lenses then Power of thin lens = Refractive index of lens/focal length But, According to your book Concepts of physics and NCERT ,Power = 1/f So which one is correct and which is not??
Actually thin lens has two curved surfaces and now power for first incident surface of thin lens is u2-u1/R1= now for 2nd curved surface of thin lens which is present on emerging side power is u1-u2/R2 now these two add give power of lens P =(u2-u1)(1/R1 -1/R2) now take u1 to left side then power is P/u1= (u2/u1-1)(1/R1 -1/R2) , now right side is equal to 1/f by lens maker formula . So P/u1= 1/f Actually power is not equal to 1/f it is equal to u/f and u is Refractive index of medium in which lens is placed (if it is air ) then only p=1/f ( specific case of air)
The question should be "Why the equilibrium is not reached by the almirah magnet system(at the point where the curves of the magnetic force and normal force by the clothes are coinciding each other) which is theoretically possible but why should we have to apply force on the almirah to get it into equilibrium?
@@sarthak8636 why we can't get the situation easily in which the force applied by the clothes on the almirah is equal to the magnetic force of magnet and almirah so that the almirah magnet system becomes in force equilibrium ? This situation is shown in the graph where the curves of the magnet force and curves of the normal force applied by the clothes on the almirah are touching each other .
@utkarsh7225 initially, when the curves are coinciding, they are in equilibrium, however door is open, and won't move without external force...now to close the door, you need to apply some force, the force required will be less as long the spring and cloth forces coincide, now once the clothes come into picture you need to apply force high enough to overcome the "spring force" which is linear in nature due to clothes. Once distance reduces alot, the magnetic force itself will be come strong enough to overcome the force due to clothes. Please note that spring force is linear in nature where as, magnetic force increases inverse to cube of distance, hence at a farther distance force of clothes will dominate hence you need to apply extra manual force, but at a smaller distance magnetic force will dominate, so no need to apply external force

Hello Anshu, Wave nature and particle nature are not two different things. Light (or any matter) always has a wave associated with it. Even you have a wave length! It's just that you're too big for your wave nature to show any significant effect. But at a scale that small the line is blurred, and all the particles exists in both the forms, simultaneously.

My question - What is the significance of finding the sum and product of zeros of quadratic polynomial what does it represents geometrically or practically??
Remember factorisation method to solve a quadratic equation? You used to multiple coefficient of x² and constant term in the equation and then use it to split the middle term as a sum? That's actually a general way of finding solutions of a known quadratic equation. And finding the equation if you know the solutions. And what should be the value of x so that the area of this rectangle becomes zero.

Sir great respect for you but aap baal kyon nhi katwate h. Aapke chhote baal mujhe jaada pasand h.
Sir light ko energy kaise milte travel karne ke liye.
light doesnt lose any energy during travelling ..it just requires energy for origination ..once light is originated it doesnt lose any energy for travelling ..it just loses energy when any obstruction is present which absorbs energy ..if there is pure vaccum with no obstructions or interactions light will travel till infinity without losing any energy or requiring any external energy to reach infinite distances
Sir please can u make a playlist for solid state physics, especially reciprocal lattice and brillioun zones
Sir plz join magnet brains and provide free knowledge as them, for class 11 & 12, we will proud on you and you also help them....
Magnet brain is a channel which providing free of cost all the batches for IIT JEE and neet.
Thanks a lot Sir ♥️

my name is shishant pandey i am a 9th class student from bihar and i have a question releted newton laws of motion lets suppose we have a 10kg object and i put a force of 20n then its acceleration is 2m/s^2 and velcoity at time=1s is 2m/s and at time=2s its velocity is 4m/s now i want to maintain the velocity 4m/s through ot the motion then at time=4s the velocity will be 8m/s but i need velocity 4m/s then i have to put force of 5n and by increasing time we will have to put very less force but i think it will be practically wrong but according to me it should be write according to newtons 2nd law. or i am making mistake some where please sir clear my confusion
Sir naest home screen is not opening
Very nice
Sir my question is there any Special case for convex mirror that it can form a real image sir please answer
The answer is no, it cant, it always diverges the light rays
Sir can you please make a video on optical path length

Sir...I am Pratyusha Bhattacharyya and I am form West Bengal, Santiniketan...I am in class 9...actually sir I have a question....Why like charge repel each other and positive charge attract each other ?....sir please answer me...I really want to know the reason behind it...sir I asked my school and tuition teachers but no one answered me rather they said not to ask stupid question....
Like charges not repel each other only point charges repel and attract each other
@@factking7360 Are you out of your mind or whatttt...????
According to byjus, vedantu, COULOMB'S LAW ....like charges (positive-positive or negative-negative) repel each other and unlike charges (positive-negative) attract each other....
@@srikantabairago7622 come class 12 jee preapration you know the resion
@@factking7360 If you are in class 12 then tell me the reason ...

Why do zero vector is vector qty. It should be a scalar qty??
Because in vector analysis ( vector spaces ) we need an identity element which is 0 and because we are talking about vector fields, we must call it a vector rather than just 0. Otherwise it doesn't matter at all. Or you can also see it as, only like quantities can add, you can't add a number to a vector, you need a vector for that, hence identity element is a 0 vector rather than just 0.
?????? .... Why we can identify light is switched off or on. With our closed eyes?..............❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓
Beacuse skin is a translucent layer and some part of light enters the eye even when it is closed because of the intnensity of light
Thank you sir
Sir ,

The lord of physics God sir my question is friction let there be a carrom board and we place a piece on the carrom board we hit it gently with the finger on which the force is applied he shows a force we f symbol exerts a force in an opposite direction he is a Normal force N applied we do not understand anything about it can tell the relationship between all these. sir what will be its components sin A, cosB or N=mg F= cosA ye kaise aa gaya, kaise sir aapne sabhi ke question solve kiya thoda Mera bhi Kardo please sir 🙏 ham apko physics God sir mante hain
