    I am 31 yr old and started to get deep into physics now as a hobby. This explanation is really good and helps you understand what einstein thought process was for relativity. Happy of these kids that they are discovering physics with philosophical analysis

    Just watch the movie ‘Interstellar’. In that when the crew went to Miller's planet(filled with water)....their an hour spent on Miller's planet was 7 years back on earth...... because of its high gravitational field.
    This phenomena is only called TIME DILATION...
    The phenomena in which time works differently for two distinct objects or organisms at different places, due to the difference in gravitational field or relative velocity(speed) is called TIME DILATION....

      Sir,
      with due respect, your concept is also not true. In my opinion, we do mistake in understanding time dilation. On one planet, one day may be equal to one year on our earth. On the earth we have divided one day and night to 24 hours, but on another planet one day may be even thousand years!!!!!!!!!

    90s kids could understand who is he and what kind of knowledge and imagination he has, HC Verma a true genius and his way of teaching is far superior than most schools till date. The way he kept his calm when glass fell off was exceptional , it showed that he cared only about students and kept his level of enthusiasm high.

    टाइम डाइलेसन का उदाहरण हमारे शास्त्रों में मिलता है। दो उदाहरण मुझे याद है।
    १ राजा रेवत अपनी पुत्री के लिए योग्य वर ढूंढ रहे थे , जब उन्हें कुछ न सूझा तो वह ब्रह्मलोक जा के ब्रह्मा जी से मिलने का विचार किया, वे अपनी पुत्री रेवती को ले कर ब्रह्म लोक गए जहा ब्रह्मा जी पहले से ही संगीत सभा में उपस्थित थे। तो राजा रेवत और और उनकी पुत्री ने वही पर रुक कर ब्रह्म जी की प्रतिक्षा की।
    जब ब्रह्मा जी से राजा मिले और अपने आने का कारण बताया, तो ब्रह्मा जी ने कहा, ब्रह्म लोक के समय की तुलना में पृथ्वी का समय बहुत तीव्र है, सतयुग से चले राजा का राज्य समाप्त हो चुका है, अब वहा द्वापर युग का अंत हो रहा है। ब्रह्मा जी ने रेवती का विवाह कृष्ण के भाई बलराम से कराने का सुझाव दिया।
    राजा रेवत बहुत दुखी थे, उन्होंने ब्रह्मा जी की बात की आज्ञा मान कर वापस पृथ्वी गए और वे कृष्ण बलराम के सामने अपना प्रस्ताव रखा।
    सतयुग की रेवती द्वापर युग के मानव के आकार की तुलना में काफी लंबी और चौड़ी थी जिन्हें बलराम ने अपने हल से उन्हें द्वापर युग के मनुष्य के आकार के बराबर किया। उसके बाद बलराम रेवती का विवाह हुआ और राजा रेवत स्वर्गलोक प्रस्थान कर गए।
    २- राजा मुचुकुंद त्रेतायुग में प्रभु श्रीराम के पूर्वज थे। देवताओं ने उन्हें देवता असुर संग्राम में देवताओं की सहायता के लिए प्रार्थना किया।
    राजा मुचकुंद देवताओं की तरफ से लड़ने गए, लेकिन उनके साथ भी वही हुआ, पृथ्वी पर त्रेतायुग समाप्त हो चुका था और द्वापरयुग चल रहा था।
    मुचकुंद को जब पता चला तो उन्होंने इंद्रदेव से कहा की मैं थक चुका हूं मुझे निद्रा में विश्राम करना है। इंद्रदेव ने कहा की जो भी तुम्हारी निद्रा तोड़ेगा वह तुम्हारी आंखों से भस्म हो जाएगा।
    मुचकुंद पृथ्वी जा कर एक गुफा में सो गए। द्वापर युग में एक राक्षस कालयवन जो यवन देश का था, उसे शिव जी आशीर्वाद प्राप्त था की कोई भी यदुवंशी उसे परस्त नही कर पायेगा।
    कृष्ण और काल्यवंकी लड़ाई में कृष्ण भागते हुए मुचकुंद की गुफा में गए और सोते हुए मुचकुंद पर अपना वस्त्र बिछा दिया। कलयवन जब गुफा में आया तो मुचकुंद पर बिछे हुए वस्त्र को देखकर वह समझा की मुझे इतने दूर तक दौड़ाकर कृष्ण स्वयं सो गए है। ऐसा सोच के उन्होंने मुचकुंद को जगाने का प्रयास किया, मुचकुंद की आंखे खुलते ही कालयवन वही भस्म हो गया। तब कृष्ण भगवान प्रकट हुए और उन्होंने मुचकुंद को मुक्ति प्रदान की।
    दो उदाहरण है दो राजा है जिन्होंने पृथ्वी छोड़ के किसी और गैलेक्सी या दूर बहुत दूर ब्रह्माण्ड के किसी छोर पर वे गए और उनके साथ टाइम डाइलेशन की घटना हुई जिसमे उनका राजपाट तो क्या समय इतना तेजी से चला की पूरा का पूरा युग और उसके बाद के युग भी समाप्त हो गए।
    हमारे भगवान निश्चित रूप से है। वह वही है जहां वह पहले से ही है। हम पृथ्वी पर वर्षो से अपनी पीढ़ियां खपा के आज ये सोच रहे है की इतने वर्षों में भगवान है कहां, लेकिन हम भूल चुके है की हमारा बिताया हजारों वर्ष भगवान के समय का कुछ छड़ भी नही हुआ होगा। और जिस प्रकार माता पिता अपने बच्चो को समय समय पर देखभाल के लिए आते है। उसी प्रकार जब भगवान अपने हिसाब के आधे घंटे बाद जब पृथ्वी पर आयेंगे और यहां की अराजकता देखेंगे तो वह अपनी लीला अवश्य करेंगे। आधुनिक विज्ञान ना ना कर के बाद भी अंत में हमारे ही सनातनी विज्ञान को स्वयं सत्यापित करता ही जा रहा है।

      Example ke liye aapne jo do kahaniya batayi unme time dilation ka saaf saaf zikr ha, lekin un kahaniyo me time dilation kitna hoga? Kitni velocity ke saath chalne par kitna time dilation hoga? Relative velocity , light speed or frame of reference ko kis tarah formula me fir karke calculation ki jayegi ye sb baato ka kahi koi zikr nahi ha jbki einstine ne apni theory me in sbhi cheejo ko detailed or systematic tarike se bataya ha.
      Aap shastro ki kahani ke bases par kitna time dilation hoga ye calculate nahi kar sakte jbki einstine ki theory ko padh -samajhkar time dilation calculate kar sakte ha.
      Kahne ka matlab ye ha ki shastro ka gyaan manav sabhyta ke suruati time ka gyaan ha isliye wo gyaan primitive yaa initial level ka ha jbki aaj ka vigyaan us se bohot aage nikal kar bohot advance or systematic ho chuka ha.
      Class 3 ki book me bhi science ke chapter hote ha or kisi research paper me bhi science likhi hoti ha, ha to dono science hi lekin dono ke level or complexity me bohot bada difference ha.

      @vivekbhardwaj4782 सर, उसका कारण ये है कि हमारे वैदिक ग्रंथ अधिकतर नष्ट किए जा चुके है और बहुत कम प्रति ओरीजनली अलग अलग सब्जेक्ट टॉपिक की बची है हमारे यहां शिक्षा गुरुकुल में गुरु के मुख से सुनकर की जाती थी उसके ऊपर अपना अभ्यास रिसर्च जिसे तपस्या कहा जाता था। हम आज जो भी शास्त्र के नाम पर हमे पता है वो बाद में पूर्वजों ने जिन जिन कांसेप्ट को याद था जो भी रेफरेंस याद थे उसे आगे पास करते गए। हमारे पास शास्त्र के नाम पे थ्योरी मिलती है कांसेप्ट मिलता है लेकिन डिटेलिंग नही मिलती है, जिसके बारे में आप पूछ रहे है। लेकिन इतना तो तय है की कांसेप्ट ऐसे ही नही बन जाते, आधुनिक विज्ञान आज जो कुछ भी हमारे सामने लाकर रखता है उसमे से कइयों का रेफरेंस लिखा ही मिलता है शास्त्रों में।
      ये बस इस प्रकार से है, की मान ले सिर्फ आज से हमारे आधुनिक विज्ञान की जितनी भी रिसर्च डाटा, चाहे वो फिजिक्स हो, इलेक्ट्रोनिक हो, या सॉफ्टवेयर वो सब नष्ट हो जाय, तो कल को उसी टेक्नोलॉजी पे काम करने वाले इंजिनियर बेकार हो जायेंगे। उनके पास कांसेप्ट रह जायेगा और वह उसे ही आगे पीढ़ी को पास करेंगे। और बस यही कहने को रह जायेगा की 21वी सदी का विज्ञान काफी विकसित था, उस की उपलब्धि को गिना जाएगा, लेकिन कोई ये नही बता पाएगा की आखिर उस समय विज्ञान ने अपने समय में कैसे अचीव किया।
      और ये साइकिल चलती रहती है, इसीलिए हमारे शास्त्रों में इसे कालचक्र में परिभाषित किया है, सतयुग, त्रेतायुग, द्वापरयुग और कलयुग। फिर से चीजे नष्ट होंगी, फिर से सब कुछ रिबूट होगा, फिर से सतयुग आएगा।

    He explained the principle of relativity really well, very beautifully in fact, in language that the students can relate to -- that there is nothing to distinguish one inertial frame of reference from another, but I don't think he explained time dilation at all. See the video of Professor Ramamurthi Shankar lecturing to Yale alumni how it works for a better and equally humorous explanation.

      He used too many words to introduce those kids about the term which most of them are not aware of
      Like the frame of reference, relative velocity
      You can see they don't even know how to pronounce time dilation (they just heard it somewhere)
      Using more words he just simplified it
      Instead of giving Just Statements which is not easy to understand for someone who hears that first time
      If you want it in less words, then go to his book
      There he had elaborated in less words
      And if you think less words means simple
      Then
      You should refer Principia Mathematica for Studying laws of motion, calculus and optics 😂

    Sir,
    I am a student of class 10. My name is Swastik Chatterjee. I read in WBBSE board. I have some question. I hope you will please solve my doubts.
    Questions:
    1] If the AC changes its direction every time, then how the energy travels by current? Are both the DC and AC current, travels by same method?
    2] What is magnetic and electric field ?And what is actually the relation between magnetic field and electric field?
    [Because, I only came to know about the Flaming's left hand and right hand rule....without knowing its basis]
    3] What is actually a charge? How is it fudamentally created?
    I mean , though I know a very very little about the fundaments of mass. At least, I know relativity contains the answer. But I realy almost know nothing about the fundalmental creation of charge. I only read that, in nature, the smallest amount of charge, that can be exchanged is equal to the chage of an electron.
    Please please sir.....give me the answers in reply...........

      charge is an electron , it is symbolized as negative charge and its value is -1coulomb. loss of one electron means gaining +1 coulomb.

      1) in ac current the direction of current and the voltage change with time but since they are in same phase there is still energy transferred over time.
      Example: Imagine two friends pushing a box together at same time they push forward by some. Steps ans then pull backwards by some but you will see that the net displacement is there just like transfer of energy.

      2) magnetic and electric field can be thought of collection/set of vectors in a space pointing in the direction in which a magnet/ current carrying wire( for magnetic field) and charge( for electric field) experience force. Thus they are known as 'vector field examples'
      Or physically they are a modified/ special region which has some unique properties.

      3) strictly speaking there's no proper definition of charge( at least at class 12th level) heck there's no proper definition of length. We know what we want to measure but don't exactly know what we are measuring is.

    And for him i am slower
    Then in Total there is no difference in our time consumtion,
    But as i know time dilation creates some time difference between two objects
    And i have a question too🤔
    Let i have two box both have same chemicals which are under same reaction and we took them to places where gravity is zero two different places and then we accelarates one of them(and also let their no other refference point) then whose reaction will occur first ,or they will occur in same time as before or the time taken for both their reaction will reduce with same amount🤔

      If you say this because there is no term of Length and area in the formula of friction force then
      You should rethink about it
      The coefficient of friction is an experimental data between two surfaces and not the property of only one surface
      So the coefficient of friction must be dependent on the surface area

    Interesting that in deep sleep too, we are in a time dilated type of state. We don't measure events!!! Saving Time? Lifespan? Of course, subconsciously time may be measured, but it's less & so we complete the day's events measured in lesser time than in day!

      Thats not a parameter... thats the no. of days the earth takes to ho around the sun on its orbit. The precise time is 365 days n 6 hrs... these 6hrs are added up together for 4 yrs n added to leap year.
