    Thank you Cailin for this amazing new Pilates workout! I loved it as always! :) The some new exercises make it fresh and of course the old favourites were also nice to do again! I saw that you posted other new videos too, I'm looking forward to do them! Thank you for your work! And the little countdown timer is also a good development.

      I'm so glad you enjoyed it, Ibolya! I love adding in some new and different exercises, mixed in with the more traditional ones :) I like the addition of the countdown timer too!! But it is causing some computer glitches with our editing, so I hope we can continue to use it! Fingers crossed :) Thanks for your feedback and comments!

    Great low-impact full body strength workout - my muscles were burning!! You do such a great job explaining the movements and giving modifications to make the exercises more challenging and less intense, so it is a great workout for all levels.
