    Thank you SO much for keeping us strong and healthy! We have a wonderful group of women who have been exercising together at our community center for a number of years. On our own during Covid we started exercising by Zoom to TH-cam videos. Your standing Pilates is included among these.Your instructions are so clear and concise, and your sequencing is spot on. Thank you for sharing your videos!!! FYI--our group ranges in age from 50s to 80s!!! We rock. LOL

    Absolutely LOVELY!!!! SOOO Soothing! Exercises were doable and not painful for me. I could feel the stretch. Nice pace and explanation. I will definitely be back!🥰🥰😍😍❤️❤️❤️❤️

    Fun workout! I love the longer workouts you have done that are more intense and incorporate both standing and reclined exercises.

    Working in a standing position is nice for a change. I struggle with tightness in my right hip area and am generally a bit creaky when getting up and down. Your explanations and pace are good for me. Keep up the good work!

    I enjoy the switch up of standing! I used wrist weights to add a bit extra and this was lovely for me today 💗 Thank you🥰
