After seeing your video Amit sir, I am very much Happy that I took correct decision of buying a CVT.
I also agree with you that AMT is better than Manual. Because previously I drive Manual Transmission but now I have changed to the AMT Transmission.

I bought baleno delta cvt (petrol) in August 2016. The main reason for choosing an automatic transmission car was Bangalore traffic. It gives me great relief indeed. My pain of driving a manual transmission car has become a pleasure since I bought CVT. I highly recommend automatic transmission cars for tireless driving.

Your video is awesome. But nowadays automatic transmission delivers more mileage than manual .. Since it automatically changes gears at right speeds. Also in manual transmission if clutch gets complaint, it would cost huge bucks. Most automatic car models nowadays comes with 6 speed automatic gears. Imagine it's power output and fuel efficiency since the engine of the vehicle will be spinning at a lower rate at even higher speeds due to more number of gears.
Conclusion: Automatic is awesome. India must also get almost with other countries... not lag behind. Customers must buy automatic cars.

Best example is scooter. Bajaj Super/Chetak replaced by Activa type 2 wheelers. Same is expected with cars in coming years ....

presently now I am using manual transmission car, some day back I got test drive baleno cvt and ignis amt, in these both vehicle's impressed me baleno cvt but I am very confused for purchasing manual or cvt please suggest me which one are suitable me and what is advantage and disadvantages about cvt and its mileage and maintenance, sir I am waiting for you reply.

there is Always a sports mode wich is manual gear without clutch. some cars have paddle shifter behind steering wheel and some have on gear lever. so if you want the fun of manual it is there.
I also like manual only....automatic vo chalate hai jo manual nahi chala paate....traffic mein bhi manual se problem kya hai samazh mein nahi aata???automatic toh i think ladies ke liye banayi gayi thi😂😂😂😂....jinka control clutch par nahi aa paata aur darte hai ki traffic mein gaadi baar baar band padd jayegi aur unke haath perr full jayenge wahi automatic ki taraf jayenge....

Respected Sir,
1. Automatic Transmission initial cost is higher than Manual Transmission.
2. Maintenance cost slightly higher than M.T.
3. Average is also Lower than M.T
4. Driver has full control on Manual Transmission.
5. if Minor Problem occurs in M.T we put car in 2nd Gear and try to Push Start, in Automatic we are helpless.
6. Half Clutch is used while driving in hilly areas.
7. If sometime Breaks of car does not work, then we used clutch and manually Shift lower gear to stop Car or to Reduce Acceleration. Manual helps to Safe more than Automatic.
*Automatic is Easy to Drive Car Only nothing else.

I know these type of comments comes from those who have never driven any automatic in their whole life and come straight to arguments like ‘kitna deti hai’. Well here I’m to debunk your myths.
1. Agree. But that’s only because of greater demand of manual cars in India. Once the demand of auto gear cars surge the prices will comes down. Simple economics of demand and supply.
2. Maintenance cost is same.
3. Disagree. You are talking about 20 yrs back Auto gear technology. Take Honda jazz for example whose CVT mileage is even better than MT.
4. Agree. But that doesn’t mean some robot is driving auto gear car. Car will still be under your control and you do have paddle shifters also in some car to set the gear explicitly.
5. Agree. But probability of this condition in today’s generation of car is highly unlikely. You are talking about Maruti 800 and ambassador cars which are long gone.
6. Auto gear cars have ‘S’ or ‘sports’ made to achieve higher power on hilly areas.
7. Again you are talking about Maruti 800 times where brake can fail. I don’t believe in today’s manual car also you will ever find such a problem unless you intentionally failed the brakes. Well to answer your question auto gear cars won’t start if brakes are failed. That’s safety for you. Also, ever heard of hand brakes ?
Yes, there is ease of driving in automatic cars and hence world moved to them. It’s called evolution. Why did people moved from kick to button start technology in motor cycles ? Initially also people refrained by saying kick start is the best, safest and bla bla just like you. I believe in moving with technology or else be my guest and drive an ambassador only to prove a silly point.
