So what are the symptoms of a bad vacuum switch? The symptoms I have on other engines say the fuel pump diaphragm is the cause. Along with other parts I have tried multiple new parts making sure that wasn’t my issue. But the vacuum switch is the one part I haven’t done.

I watched your video & it was very interesting . I've got a problem also with a 99' Evinrude Ficht 200hp & I was just wondering if you would know what's causing it & that is its stalling out shifting from neutral to forward or reverse . I have to shift it fast & just as soon as I start it if I want to move. While I'm running in gear it will also set off the engine light & alarm. I've changed the fuel filter just recently hoping that would help no luck any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks
    .

Sounds like a fuel pressure / pump issue. Don’t run it anymore. Get it fixed.

I took it to the boat mech. He ran a diagnostic computer ck. He ran the engine but he said it wouldn't have the back pressure needed. He told me he couldn't find anything wrong. I'm wondering if it could be a bad sensor?

So I have a 2000 Johnson 200. The check engine light has been on since I bought it. The guy I bought the boat from said he took it to a shop and they couldn’t determine why it’s on but it runs fine. I’m wondering if this could be my fix.

You talk to much and didn't even trouble shoot the sensor
