  • Time for my 1 month carnivore experiment update! It's going in a positive direction, but not as fast I would like and not as fast as I expected! I'm not stopping or giving up though. I will see it through for the 90 days!
Also I go over some of the things I will be doing over the course of 2024! It's shaping up to be a fun and fitness filled year! So stick around and follow along!
As always thanks for watching my videos! It is greatly appreciated! Much love!

Nice work my man! This gives me inspiration to stay the course! In life there are always gonna be setbacks, you just have to put it behind you and keep moving forward! I'm planning on doing some meal prep videos soon and go more into my reasoning for trying this diet. I appreciate you subscribing my friend!

Hey, if you get good at distance on the paddle board, there was a guy a few years ago who did the Everglades Challenge on a paddle board. It's like 300 miles down the west coast of Florida.""
Youn know, just in case something like marathons are too easy. :)
Good to see you feeling up-to-snuff again, my brother! Keep up the fight for us old-timers.

Will do brother! Lol! I might be a little crazy, but I'm not that crazy!! 300 miles is a little out of my range! At least for now! I'm gonna keep grinding until I can't anymore!

I've been going up and down myself since I started, but I feel like I'm turning the corner and my body is starting to adjust. I think everyone's body reacts differently to the diet. Some people see and feel immediate results and others, like me and you may take a little longer before we see a difference. Stick with it! If you're feeling better, then that's a move in the right direction!

Don't get worried about how fast. The body will take over and do it's own thing towards your new normal . You adding anything might make it slower such as overly excising. Then you'd be adding muscle and muscle makes you gain weight and I'm sure you want the lean and mean and not the bulk like hulk. If you keep the excising at a minimum you'll lose the inflammation your now carrying. You'll get the gains you want "then" you will have the endurance your want .....Rock on ...

That's definitely the goal! To get lean and mean!! Now I do go to the gym 4 days a week and workout. It's like my decompression chamber. If I miss a day it makes me feel a little out of sync. I'm just gonna keep grinding and striving to hit my goals! Keeping my eye on the prize!! Appreciate ya my friend!!

change for you is inevitable. I lost 30 lbs in 60 days after that I returned to my rucking hikes "up" a trailless mountain . My ruck is filled with 35 lbs of prevision needed for a 3 day outing and do so 2 times a week. But, I only started again after the inflammation and weight was off...the rest of my time goes towards ski instructing as a part time gig...I'll never go back, life is again this good....rock on @@fitnessandthings

all for people trying to better themselves and lose weight but the last few years as this diet has taken off have made me laugh
tell people to cut out sugar they won't do it
tell them to quit eating junk food they won't do it
tell them to cut out EVERYTHING other than meat, eggs, and maybe some cheese, cream, and butter, and they do it
99% of people would lose weight and be perfectly health if they cut out :
    sugar.
    seed oil.
    artificial ingredients and chemicals.
eat anything you want that eats plants, grows on a plant, or is a plant. you'll lose weight and won't be so limited

I can't argue with that statement! Sugar, seed oils and processed foods are pretty much the cause of the majority of the health issues here in the US. I think also you have to factor in the lack of discipline and self control.
