This is the first video that describes my 4th treatment side affects perfectly. Also my tongue feels like it’s burnt all the time and everything either tastes bitter or spicy. Thanks from Eastern Passage Nova Scotia! 😊😊
I'm so sorry you're having to go through this, it was such a horrible time but there is light at the end of the tunnel. I hope everything goes successfully for you. Healing thoughts are being sent your way.
Watch where it all started! Receiving the news that no one ever wants to hear | My Cancer Journey th-cam.com/video/08uzFuTLC0w/w-d-xo.html Im on FEC D treatment plan Part One : Fluorouracil 5FU, chemotherapy given by injection into the vein, Pharmorubicin chemotherapy given by injection into the vein, Cyclophospamide chemotherapy given by injection into the vein Every three weeks Part Two: Docetaxel (other names: Taxotere) chemotherapy given by injection into the vein Every three weeks
I was in quite a lot of pain, don't suffer with it as your onocologist can give you hard core pain killers. It was like a very very bad muscular pain throughout your body. The pain killers worked!!!!!
I have thyroid cancer which spread to my lungs. I’m currently currently going through chemotherapy and has to switch to a stronger treatment. I get nervous at times but I have faith that God will heal me. I try to stay positive despite what I am going through. I also pray you receive complete healing.🙏
My wife is just starting her chemo this week, thank you for your updates, stay strong.

Have you told your oncologist, don't suffer with it as they can prescribe pain killers and a sleeping aid if you are struggling to sleep at night

Ice cubes in the mouth during infusion help to prevent burnt tongue sensation. A probiotic called Inulin helps prevent neuropathy.
Thank you for your suggestions. I know others come here so your comment will help
What can I Expect as side effects? Hoping to start docetaxel chemo soon
