So now he just drives tow truck but that’s some BS

I was fortunate to know a fella by the name of Jess , old school trucker. Came out of retirement and it took a special order truck to keep him. Also seen him on the cover of rod n custom mag. Anyway, I learned so much about trucking by riding with him to unload. And learned a whole lot as a 19 year old in a job I shouldn’t have had. Them ole school truckers are cool cats. Real deal cool cats. And they can back up a double like you wouldn’t think possible. RIP lil jess
all you youngsters out there need to find the documentary where our kin stood up to the industry and took a stand and shut it all down. including myself I was a teenager when all the truckers shut down I was with my pops at the time. he retired 3 years ago never worked for a company he was a true inspiration drove for 51 years..

I love truck drivers man. I worked at a Trader Joe’s warehouse for 2 years when I got outta the Army and would be on the gates sometimes and although I did run into some dickheads, a lot of them are super down to earth people that will chat it up with you. Be courteous to them on the road
