    One Gallon Smoking Brine Recipe
    Step 1. Pour in one cup of cold water into the 4 Cup Pyrex/Glass measuring cup.
    Step 2. Use any plain salt and pour into the water until the water level reaches 1 ½ cups.
    Step 3. Pour the saltwater slurry into the 1-gallon container, fill to the 1-gallon mark, and stir until it the salt has dissolved. If you feel the need to throw some money down the sink. Now is the time to do it. Go ahead and add your fruit juices, soy sauce, and herbs, etc.
    Your brine is now ready to use.

    Hey what's up Uncle Bird, It's your boy Uncle Tim. I was watching you demonstrate on Barbecuing Chicken Breast with the Bone In.
    I really like this method and I have people in my family that eat White meat.
    After doing all the Prepping When you put the Chicken Breast on the Grill How many minutes to grill the chicken Breast?
    please let me know and I also want to know if you happen to have a video on Barbecuing Chicken or Ribs on Direct heat? BTW Uncle Bird, I still cook those Southern Style Green Beans and they are Fya. Look forward to receiving your response God bless you!
