I was an avid scrapbooker for my first few children, but I’m definitely overwhelmed and behind. 😭😂😄♥️ I think just slowly printing off each year and sticking in photo albums is where I’m at. 😎😂 I looooove your ideas about being a memory keeper! I love my 5 yr line journal too! I got my oldest 4 their own, too, and have them add to it for a writing activity. You have so many inspiring ideas. I document on a weekly basis, which makes the entire process less overwhelmed. I create Project Life albums (one for each kid) and Jounaling daily on my Traveler's Notebook. Maybe you'll enjoy them.
I love your ideas! I've lost so many special photos and videos due to a hard drive crashing and my phone breaking :,( Definitely need to keep some precious memories safe!
Such great ideas. I enjoy scrapbooking, but it's so hard to keep up. Last time I was fully updated was August 2009 right before my second was born. I've gone in spurts trying to get caught up, but it hasn't happened. I've thought about photo albums as a temporary fill in until I get to scrapbooking, but haven't done it. I feel you just gave me that permission. 😂 I've wanted to start doing more video, but have no idea where to start on preserving them or how to edit. I love the idea of a travel journal.
No, I don't have one yet so nothing I can recommend. Pinterest keeps pushing ads for one on me but of course now that I am looking for it I can't find it and don't remember what it is called . . . oh, I think it's called the Poooli Printer, I just went down a rabbit hole trying to find it again.

I love the journals for kids, mine have been keeping them for almost two years and I can't wait to look back on them!

Yes, consider this permission grated! It's better to have pictures available to be looked at than to be perfect!

Do you put pictures of your foster kids in the albums too, or just your son and daughter?
The foster kids go in the photo albums as well!
