Just put it on your head and put both hand on eather side of the brim an gently push up until it look the way you want it to I push mine all the way up, some hats go back to normal after awhile others stay that way

If you are going to paint on it use fabric paint not fabric marker if you have anything but a white beak on your hat, thrashers like to paint thrash on it
