This savory and aromatic soup is made with bitter melon stuffed with a flavorful pork and glass noodle filling. It's known as Tom Jeud Mara Yad Sai Moo Sub, or also known as Gaeng Pak Xai. It's something that I learned to appreciate as I got older. I show you how to process the bitter melon so that it's less bitter and more enjoyable to eat. There's loads of health benefits to eating bitter melon as well.

Fatty Ground Pork - 1.5 lb or 680 g
Bean Thread Noodle (Glass Noodle) - 1 bundle
White Peppercorn - 1/2 tbsp
Lower Cilantro Stem & Root - 4 clusters
Garlic - 4 cloves
Oyster Sauce - 3 tbsp
Golden Mountain Seasoning Sauce - 2 tbsp
Soy Sauce - 1/2 tbsp
Sugar - 1/2 tbsp
Vegetable Oil - 1 tbsp
Broth
Water - 12 cups
Knorr Bouillon Chicken Cube - 1 cube
