Will, Happy B-day🎉🎉 Now that was a very nice meal! I've eaten at Hawksmoor in London some years ago & enjoyed it very much! They're very famous for the toffee dessert😅
Thank you! It was amazing, easily one of our favorite steakhouses yet. We’d love to try it in London as well. Haha yes, I’m grateful our waiter insisted we try it!
So this is on my radar, but I have yet to try it. I lived in England for a year, and never tried it there, either. As I love all things Negroni, that cocktail (well, both actually) sounds amazing! I'll definitely have to get there. And, Happy Birthday Will!
Let us know what you think of it if you get the chance to try it! I wish we had known about it when we were in London as well, we’ll have to go the next time we’re over there. The cocktails are fantastic and they actually had a few different Negronis on the menu. Thank you!
Spot-on, superlative review, production and presentation for Kristen and Will. We live 5 blocks away and walk to Hawksmoor 6 times a year in the fall, winter and spring. Our usual order is a shared 14 oz Sirloin on the Bone for $63.50 and the Creamed Spinach. It's the perfect meal. We love many of the steakhouses on your perfectly curated list, but taste, flavor and ambiance at Hawksmoor is hard to beat. Another plus is proximity. No need to spend $30+ on a cab. We also love The Knickerbocker Bar and Grill in the Village. Great steaks and a Porterhouse for Two and two sides per person included for $104. Unfortunately they didn't allow Kristin and Will to shoot...so a bad decision for the Knickerbocker.
Hawksmoor is amazing! That sounds like the perfect meal. We really wish we could’ve tried Knickerbocker! Maybe we’ll try it one day and leave the camera at home
Hawksmoor is fabulous! I wonder if this Hawksmoor is connected to Vancouver's Hawksmoor?! I will have to check and ask! What a gorgeous restaurant and I love their integrity. Carbon neutral and donating to charities sells me immediately on this restaurant! I can't wait to visit on my next trip to Manhattan in 2 months. Gorgeous cocktails and wowza to the food! I'd go for a Manhattan or a Martini - very dry! Oh wow! I live bone marrow. I am about to switch to being vegetarian for health reasons but I have to wait until I visit this amazing restaurant!! Fabulous video! So well done! Cheers! 🙂
They have locations all over the US and UK, plus another in Dublin, but I'm not sure there are any in Canada yet. It looks like there is a similar restaurant in Vancouver called Hawksworth! But yes! It's amazing they are so dedicated to sustainability and service. Haha this would be a perfect send off to eating meat! If you visit, definitely let us know what you thought of it. Great review! I was planning to visit Keens steakhouse when I'm in NYC next month but I might do Hawksmoor instead. Everything looked incredible!! & Happy birthday!!🎂
Thank you!! Keens vs. Hawksmoor is a really tough call. I think Keens is better for an old fashioned, historic New York experience. Hawksmoor doesn’t have that New York feel but it’s still beautiful and the food is fantastic. Both are amazing though!
I have dined at Keene's twice. I had their lunch menu of their prime rib (smaller portion). MOUTH WATERING 😋 PERFECTION!! The service was sublime. I have reservations to Hawksmoor for next week. Look forward to visiting with friends ❤.
