These steaks are put into a broiler with intensely high gas flames/heat coming from above only. They don’t grill these steaks, nor flip them in the broiler. That’s why they’re so delicious, and only the top gets the sear.

This place looks fantastic! And great review! But your filet mignon was definitely medium rare, leaning towards rare.

Grew up in NYC, and me and everyone I know never had a desire to go there. Manhattan really lost all the great steakhouses that normal people can afford. The ones that are left are ridiculously overpriced for what you get. Mainly for tourists.

Not the best! Any steak house in Argentina is better, healthier and way cheaper.

I love different combos of Eggs Benedict. There’s a diner in my city which serves a Crab Benedict and a Pork Belly Benedict. They are so tasty.

My girlfriend and I are coming to Vegas in August and we plan to hit up Hells Kitchen while we are out there. She and I already had the exact same idea and plan on ordering exactly what you did. After hearing the review, do you recommend skipping the prix fix menu and risotto since the scallops and the risotto were good but not amazing? Awesome video, you two.

They’re pretty mediocre if you want real tacos go to Jackson heights where Mexicans eat food.

My favorite meal from Katz: pastrami on rye with mustard, steak fries, cel-ray soda, cheesecake.

First off, lets just mention Kristen's hair... Beautiful! I don't gamble, but love Vegas for the restaurants. You both like your sreaks, and Sushi Samba downtown Manhattan had an incredible wagyu. They since closed, but their Vegas outpost is still open. I've always liked GR, and that Wellington looked perfect. Who wouldn't want their meat cooked like that?!? Excellent review as always!

Ramsay must have great click through value as otherwise I can’t see why anyone would go to one of his chain joints. More chance of Ronald McDonald hand making you a burger. It frustrates me that much better non famous chefs struggle while he lives of name rights.

Greetings from NY. You two always order so well. Scallops looked great, lobster as well, was undoubtedly cooked sous vide in butter (infused butter into the meat). Impressed they’re producing a high quality Wellington as I’m certain it’s a mass production item. That said, as a tourist destination, they’ve got every aspect of that menu dialed in, cheers to the management team for raising the bar for what could’ve been a mediocre Gordon Ramsey cash in.

How is Kristen the cutest thing on the planet? I wonder if she knows that Will is about 100 steps below her? He must have family money because there is NO WAY she would marry down to him otherwise....

One of these days I will try Hell's Kitchen just for the beef wellington.

I’ve eaten at every top steakhouse in Vegas. SW was the best. Not even close. From the other comments it’s gone downhill recently. I got it at its peak. Late 2000s I think I ate there.
