Funny cuz is so much easier to steal a person's identity without resorting to dumpster diving.
That and stamp/print based obfuscation (this isn't encryption) is pretty trivial to reverse with the right chemicals and a thin brush.
Just buy a 20$ shredder and call it a day lmao
