    Great advice towards positive change - energy conservation and channel factors. Over ten years ago I discovered this concept of how small simple changes can lead to big results-Losing and keeping off over 100 lbs for over 10 years now. Thanks for all you do Dr Lisle and Gustavo. 😎👍 keep moving and keep smiling.

    Still working on the portion sizes as husband and son “sometimes” dig into chili or potato soup...other times they don’t...so I’m learning to pay attention to my portions and needs and freeze that way...so this will help with whether they want some or not...got to love Tupperware...defrosted freezer, cleaned and organized...chilies, beans, stews, sauces etc...what a time saver

    I loved this video. One of my cats demonstrated cost benefit analysis. She was eating and another cat was sitting behind her waiting her turn. I went to get my keys out of the drawer above her and made a noise that scared her. The cat looked left at the other cat and realized that she would lose her place at the food bowl if she ran. She looked at me and the noise I was making. She decided the noise scared her more and ran off. It only took a fraction of a second to do the analysis.
    I often buy grapes, but I seldom ate most of them before they started to spoil. Now, I put three little dishes of grapes in front of the open box of mandarin oranges. Now, when I crave something to eat, healthy choices are easily available. Now I eat more of both and never have any spoil.
    Maybe someone can try an office experiment. Instead of donuts at the office, put out some paper cups containing 15 grapes. See if they disappear before the donuts. At least you will have a choice of healthy food instead of donuts. You could use mandarin orange slices, too.
    I make about a two pounds of grated vegetables each day. About a quarter of it is purple cabbage. There are eight or nine other vegetables. I include some yellow cauliflower that looks like cheese and fools the taste buds. You could put out cups of that with lids.
    I could go on and on with ideas in this vein.

    I enjoy learning about the people who Dr Lisle follows. Nice I have some reading material to look forward to.
    Also like the good Tupperware idea. I'm usually not a fan of thawing and eating frozen foods, but as time goes by, I hope to learn more tricks of the trade.
    To Gustavo: I sincerely appreciative for you taking the time to do this. I have learned so much from your videos. Here's an idea for what it's worth: When Dr Lisle mentions something important in his talk, for instance, a researcher he follows, it would be nice if that was labeled under the video of who it is and the timeline in the video.

    I would have believed you had I not experienced the miracle of EFT. When I was able to go back and experience something from my past and tap through it, I felt it literally dissolve away and it never bothered me again. I have done this over and over myself and with others with similar results. So while I agree that talking about things in your past does NOTHING, if you use EFT or some other form of Energy Psychology, you actually can change very quickly. My life has improved immeasurably using this method.

    Thanks a lot! Now, when I look at a scatter gram of my weight and lean mass, I see rivers instead of standard deviation boundaries. I'm at 165 lbs., which is the weight I was when I graduated from college in 1975. I was stuck at 170, but lost that last month. I built a dam to divert the river north to reduce my percent body fat.
    I don't want to lose more because I have neuroendocrine cancer in my liver that I've been controlling since 2014 with a WFPB diet and no medication. I didn't find out about it until Dec 2017. The doctors get excited if I lose weight.
    Dr. McDougall, I thought I had an intestinal problem and read the Starch Solution in 2014. I immediately switched from a SAD diet to WFPB. It turned out that I was controlling the cancer instead of a minor intestinal problem. Thanks!
