Dr. Lisle is genius as usual. Not to mention he’s just the most adorable human on the planet. ❤️🌱

This is absolutely INCREDIBLE. Dr. Lisle completely blew my mind when he said that the words we use fall under the Big 5 + Intelligence because in all my years of studying linguistics, I never came across such an idea. It would be only adjectives specifically that fall into the 6 categories, I assume.
Thank you Nate, Chef AJ and Dr. Lisle for bringing this video to the public!!

This explains a lot...i think I may have the worst personality for this lifestyle... Open, social and agreeable... No wonder I am finding it so hard.

I can listen to you everyday. You make so much sense about so many things. I'm interested in your therapy over the phone but don't know how it would work.

Thank you, Dr. Lisle. Very interesting and informative. Thank you, also, Chef AJ. I am eating a slice of homemade vegan banana bread - Dr. McDougall’s recipe, but no sugar, just a bit of date syrup. Delish. By the way, my personality is very much like Dr. Goldhamer’s.

I have the perfect personality for this EXCEPT I have high neuroticism. This resulted in me falling victim to the ego trap multiple times. I have to always battle the fear that because I am failing, I should just give up. But otherwise, this explains so much of why this lifestyle works for me.

43:00 Not just astrology asserting personality is fixed at birth, also Ayurveda stating that personality is established and fixed at conception.

Sweet Sunshine thank you for this point. He said astrologers were right, but for the wrong reason. Most astrologers don’t believe one is a certain way because the planets are aligned a certain way; they believe the alignments are a blueprint so to speak-a map. Not that things can’t be changed, but to know - like the serenity prayer-what can and can’t be changed and the wisdom to know the difference.
