How To Build a Rocket Camper

I build my rocket-themed homemade camper from scratch. It's a micro camper of a different sort. It's an experiment in building a round camper instead of the traditionally shaped teardrop camper. It's 100% DIY. It's 100% an experimental build!

Thanks for having a look at the video. I did search the WV state fair entry rules and didn't find a category where the rocket would fit. Nearly every category came with a size limitation of up to 24 inches. However, just pulling the rocket to the fair would be good exposure in the parking lot. Thanks for the idea!
We took it camping to Mammoth Cave National Park last week, in Kentucky. Ten hours, one way. It handled well and we had a few fun encounters with folks. Great time!

This is the coolest tiny camper ever! My granddaughter and I built her a tiny house and ever since, I've wanted to try a micro camper. Your design really makes a 4 foot wide trailer go a long way! Well done. Thankyou for posting.

Think both of your builds are awesome. I bet your kids love this one..
I would love to be able to build something like this but more of a bike camper for the homeless that way they have someplace to call home. I have all the ideas in my head but no money to make them.
I would love to find someone that has the passion that you have in building these little campers.

Thanks for checking out the video! I have since learned that using PVC makes the water non-potable, but one could still take a shower and put their camp fire out with the water from a PVC tank. I wonder if there is any sort of potable tubing on the market. All the best to you!

Wow, one of the most unique DIY tiny camper builds I've seen. Such innovation and imagination. I can only tow 2000 lbs. so that would be too heavy for me, but I might buy a Harbor Freights trailer, like the one you used, and build it out so I can at least travel with all my gear and maybe add a car top tent on it.
