Then with lines like "I don't wanna do this but we gotta dump the quaaludes" (1:22) he's using some timestretching. This is one of those animations you'd see on Adult Swim late at night as a kid and remember it as a vague memory. Would 10/10 watch this show if it became one. The art style is so memorable.

@@rustydogg it's been a while since I played with sound design or production, but my best and only guesses would be compression, lowering the bitrate and just chopping up/overlapping single or various takes of each line. At 1:02, "I'm pretty sure I was below 10 above the speed limit" he's being pretty liberal with warping the pitch and speed of the recordings. Then with lines like "I don't wanna do this but we gotta dump the quaaludes" (1:22) he's using some timestretching. I'm not an expert, in fact, it's been a long time since I was a practicing amateur, but those are the things that stick out to me.
