Thanks for this info Mila! I have a cleaning service predominantly residential, but recently started Airbnb cleaning ( they found me off Craigslist) lol… This was just confirmation to keep going. Thanks for the motivation! -Looking forward to more videos

Yes, its pretty slow right now- for me too for several different reasons... time of year, there is a lot of news about vacation rentals and the housing market now so there are a couple challenging factors. But stay the course!

Thanks for this great video and all of the information. I was asked to do turnover cleanings at a non-profit retreat center with 9 buildings and each building has 2-6 rooms. What method should I use to figure out how much I should charge them? My company is not the permanent cleaners, we work when they need additional help. Thank you!

If you want to pick up jobs, there is a website called Turno that you can sign up to get Airbnb Cleaning jobs.

Hi Mila, If you have an llc in your home state and you have clients in other states, do you need business licenses in those other cities? Ty
You can register your LLC in one state, but you have to check with each state to figure out if you need a license to operate in that state. Some you do, some you dont.

Hi. We dont really have that problem with spam texts, if we do, they are obvious and just part of using Craigslist.
