The Baby Back…

In this video I demonstrate a high back-take position that I call the “baby back”. The standard back-take setups in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu are plentiful, but sometimes they are tough to secure and sometimes easily escaped. Here I show how simple the setup is, and also a variety of arm-bars and triangles from this position.
