I know this is from over a year ago, but if she kicks up with her rear leg, it will help with the ukemi. So if the right arm is stretched out ahead, kick with the left. That will help with the momentum to smooth out the roll.
She’s better now but this is good advice.

not sure i understand the throw. how are you getting the leverage to make them roll like that?
The extension of the arm is what causes the throw, along with the lower body being blocked where the opponent has to fall.
