How to bring finishing in the profile.handles. I always fear about getting hurt from the borders.

I have a query reg Profile. I am making a sliding single door wardrobe , 6.5 feets. I was thinking of putting a vertical G profile. But my plywood is 25mm, whereas G profile is ok for 19mm.
Can you suggest me which profile to use?.

G profile handles ko kitchen mein 18 mm plywood par use kar sakte hai kya? Ya fir 19mm board hee lein ? G profile se plywoof fat to nhi jayegi ?
18 ya 19 kuch bhi chalega. Aur profile se ply nahi fatega. Aapko ply mein cutter se khacha karna hai pehle. Fir nahi fatega. Profile ko areldite se chipkaiye .
