I’ve got therapy in 23 minutes and I’m just now watching this. One thing I like to work on is not doing things extremely last minute like I’m doing now.

I wish online therapy was more accessible in my country but I do like in person sessions as well :)

Thankyou for the vid Dr. Theresa!!
I've been thinking about online therapy, but I'm worried because I feel that online things in general feel fake to me. And I don't want it to feel like that

Who makes a video call and starts the virtual meeting on a virtual Teams therapy session? Me or the psychologist?

What about the autistic kids who were still awkward 6 months into the school year? I used to be that kid. Talk about keeping it real. Or not. How about acknowledging us weirdos out here?
