    LOVE THIS SEWING MACHINE!!!! Would not change it for the world! I've owned this for several years, and it is still as impressive as the day I got it! Highly recommend it if you are on a budget and want a quality machine that can genuinely be versatile!

      This means a-lot to me - fir years I couldn’t afford a machine and then in Saturday I went into spotlight and the Singer machines were 40% off - and as I looked at then I felt like crying cause I wanted one so much and then I thought - get one! You work full time you deserve it - and then I got overwhelmed and didn’t know which one, so I googled and then asked a lady who look like she knew and i decided in the Singer Heavy Duty - and I love it but you have given me reassurance that I made the right choice and that means a lot to me - so thank you

    I recently purchased this machine (refurbished) and absolutely love these tutorials! (Cannot tell this machine was refurbished as it is like new!) Excellent presentation and I would have never realized there was that compartment with the "extras" in there if I had not watched this copy! Highly recommend Singer (grew up on a Kenmore but am just getting back into sewing and always remember my childhood friend and mom had a Singer and I always wanted one!!!). So happy!

    Just brought mine home tonight after returning the M1000 (defective junk) and this machine although almost twice as much ($189) is WORLDS better. All metal frame, more powerful motor and best of all a VARIABLE speed control (and includes accessories you actually need). Variable speed control should be standard from Singer. WOW this is nice.

    the same problem, one plug for the pedal and the electric wire, it should be individually, and to add a play button in the machine itself if the pedal is damaged, should be something to work with until I got a new pedal, and I think if u push the reverse button it'll be enough to reverse stitches without need to press the pedal in the same time, Thank u 4 everything u have an amazing quality ur the best

    We had sewing machines in the family for more than one century. I still have in my living room a 1912 model. It is looking like new and works as new. I love rebuilding old sewing machines. Today I was shopping for fabric. The shop is selling sewing machines and had a last generation Singer on display. I took a look : what a shame...all white plastic ... it will turn yellowish in a few year. Thin as paper, light as a fart....will not last for long. All electronic drive...will not last for more than Windows X....
    This video is perfectly matching!

    I appreciate this tutorial a lot, thank you for helping me use my new machine. However, when I try to draw up the bobbin thread, it takes 3-6 rotations of the hand wheel to actually draw up the loop, and when I try to test a stitch, it never comes out right. I believed that I followed the instructions correctly, do you happen to know the reason for this? Thank you! :)

    The cone in front of the spool of thread is on backwards. The presser foot should be down when puling up the bobbin thread.

      @SingerSewingCompany  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi! It's always a good idea putting the spool on as recommended in your owners manual. While I do agree that it's easier with the presser foot down, it can be done with the foot up. Thank you! -TB

      Hi! Yes, it will sew through leather. Of course, you can't make a saddle or that weight of leather, but clothing weight leather, and many bag weight leathers are just fine. Always do a test when working with heavier leather. With heavier leather I recommend a leather needle as well. I hope this helps! -TB

      Hi! On our website, www.singer.com/ we have a 'Compare' feature that let's you see the product details side-by-side to see which one would suit your needs best. All you need to do is go here (www.singer.com/machines/heavy-duty/) find the 4411 and 4432, click the box labeled 'Compare' and then click 'Compare' highlighted in red. Thank you! -TB

    Thank you. The needle adjustment wheel doesn't set the needle in the middle of the foot.
