I think TH-cam drives all that advertising placement. I've posted several vids and don't have the whole process down pat but when it comes to the cash-sheesh ....... TH-cam / Google are probably making all those decisions.
Agreed. Whatever the source of the decision to cover up so much of the content, it simply turns away subscribers and therefore defeats the purpose of the placards in the first place by ticking off the viewers. Whether this is a decision made by a program, or a human, it's dumb as hell. So let me add my thanks as well.
@@Vulpine407 Well I can give a bit of insight on all of this as I have been a content creator on TH-cam for 7 years now. The end cards can be used by the content creator for as long as 20 seconds, but the content creator can also decide to shorten this length down to even a few seconds if they desired. So all of that is up to the content creator themselves to either have an end card at all, or to shorten it as this video shows. Advertising placement - The content creator has full control over this believe it or not. They can monetize which most content creators do, as editing videos is not always easy and the content creator does deserve a bit of ad revenue. TH-cam can do ad placements when it feels "There is a good place with little to no talking or less action" so to say and their bot system almost pulls it off, not always, thus the frustration of seeing an ad right when the action starts to hit. BUT the content creator still has full control over this as well (This is called MID-ROLLS), they can manually go to their TH-cam studio and place the ads at specific points so the viewer does not feel like the content is interrupted too much. OR literally delete the ad placement entirely. Sorry this was probably too much rambling and I apologize. Cops should stop chasing cars/motorcylcles that they know damn well can go 50-100+++ mph faster than their cruisers. If they can get a license plate # then that’s good enough.. if they don’t have a plate, take it as a loss🤷♂️🤷♂️ putting a lot more lives at stake for a high speed chase.
The first (clear)speed limit sign I saw was after he was lit up, and that said 50. Since I couldn't see any before that ,I'm guessing they were dropping down from a 65 zone maybe ,that guy was doing about that when the cop came up on him. Or it's 10 over if it's a 55. Whatever , as a car guy I don't approve of or appreciate the amount of headaches we receive from them.
An old friend once told me "you can't outrun a radio". This cop was reckless asf and coulda just called it in to the next officers or county ffs. Risk so many lives for one arrest ffs.
Absolutely reckless by PD to go 150mph in traffic like that. Losing control he's dead and whomever he hits. A rabbit in the road ends him, let alone a deer. For what? Speeding?
Even if the plates of the Camaro felon actively escaped from prison, they really put a lot of people in danger, fix you're going down the highway 80 miles an hour with the radio blasting, UC far away lights like half mile, he's got to be right next to you in about 12 seconds that's very dangerous. They have helicopters out there I know you could radio to the next town and cop ahead,
@@Ok-551 I’ve had at least two cop cars blow past me in the adjacent lane at 100 mph during the day with their wake buffeting my car. Another doing 80 mph in a curve nearly hitting me because he couldn’t stay in his lane, and a motorcycle cop run a red light causing me to almost him… none of them with lights or sirens on. So I did what any reasonably curious person would do and followed each of them. As suspected, the first two were driving back to the police station presumably at shift change, and the latter two were meeting their cop buddies for lunch. Meanwhile they ticket everyone else for driving like they do. “Do as I say, not as I do.” I’ve seen even more, but these were the most egregious.
No man you don’t justify the Criminalz behavior it’s not just a traffic ticket at that point that I would be, felony, speeding, and reckless endangerment He would be going to jail and charge with multiple felonies if he got caught for speeding that fast and rightfully so people should not be able to be allowed to drive like animals on the roadway

It was over, unless someone changed lanes right in front of the Camero and turned them both into scrap metal. Or if he blew a tire, or if he cut too close trying to pass someone, etc. You never know when their luck will run out. Happens eventually.
When is the ASP going to stop these high-speed chases and pit manuevers. Remember the pregnant women who's car got flipped from PIT. It's a bunch of bull

Like some others have said, not to smart to pursue a driver at these speeds, especially if it's only for a traffic violation and you have the cars license plate captured vs. a serious crime (in which case pursuit is more justified IMO). Cars travelling at this speed on a busy highway are a recipe for a serious crash injuring innocent bystanders. You could be the greatest fast driver in the world, but the people on the hwy. are not expecting something to be moving that fast and can easily make a mistake by simply making a lane change.
Look at that semi and the car it was riding near. That very easily could have ended in total disaster for all three people and at that point having to slow down for them put Camaro completely out of reach for that cop (if it wasn't already by that point). If it's more than just a traffic violation then the cop can choose not to light them up until several other police vehicles are positioned to cut off the suspects escape routes.
Alright, but a) where do you draw the line? At what point is it justified to get on these speeds b) how do you know what is the reason for the traffic spot? I don't see the contect in vid/description. Car could be matching description of a murder suspect as much as we know.
That was a v6 Camaro not the ss, the v6 Camaro makes around same power as the hemi and they have the same top speed but the cop car weights more with all the heavy duty equipment if it was the Camaro ss he would’ve been gapped him since that car can go over 150 while the v6 tops out at 150
@@Slumpeeee The hemi cop car was going 150 and that SS walked off from him. The V6 Camaro has a little over 300 HP and I've outran them with a 2013 LTZ Impala. Hemi has 370 hp. Stick to ur video games....I was wrenching and building speed before you were a gleam in your daddy's eye, Jr.

Yes, it's nice to.see ASP able to run 150 with the big dogs... they had em dropped to 130 f9r awhile even in the hemi chargers... but there's just too many stock cars that can hit 130 all day long... ASP has some of the best high speed troopers that can multitask & drive, stay focused & run radio safely & well.... 150mph should be the standard for the highway cars... city cars can keep the slower ones..
Holy crap! I'll never drive that fast in my LIFE! One of my cars is a 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP (Supercharged Buick 3.8L V6). When I got mine one of the local police departments got a baker's dozen of them. They used them for highway pursuit. Mine is speed-limited to 135 (the limit of the stock tires and mine are "upgraded"). Even at 100-120 it's scary enough! And I've only legged it out THAT much a couple of times (in the middle of nowhere, no traffic)...
I'm thinking that Camaro got off that exit and the one semi truck turned his right blinker on trying to let the Trooper know. There was no other reason I could see that the trucker had to turn his blinker on.
Your probably right. This cop isn’t the brightest. In fact he’s wreckless and immature and if he blew by me and my family at 150mph over this silly shit he’d be having a chat with the pavement.
I was thinking the same bc the second cop at the end didn't no there was a chase until detective tyla flew up on him. That should have bn his clue he wasn't on the right path lol
For at least 10 years Dodge, Ford and Chevy made the police job a little bit harder with these high powered cars. Once a V8 muscle car has over 400hp and an open road, he can pretty much get away if he can keep the car on the road.
Pointless chasing someone you lost sight of minutes ago. He was probably off at the first exit after the trooper lost sight of him. That's what I have done under the same circumstances.
140+MPH............ At what point does society ask why a LEO would behave in such a reckless manner involving a simple traffic stop? The perp's car cannot outrun a radio wave. ASP should be compelled to reexamine and revise this very dangerous and potentially lethal patrol tactic.
Why wouldn't you consider the Camaro driver to be reckless as well? There was no obvious reason for him to flee, risking the lives of everyone who he passed along the way. I'm all for troopers getting these people off the road. After successfully evading the police, he is now emboldened to continue to run from cops, risking lives every time. My only hope is that he was able to get the license plate number so they can find him again later and charge him appropriately.
There are 4 instances in the video where Tyler started braking as he was approaching traffic going nearly 100mph faster than they were, nearly crashing into them. Unless they KNOW Camaro dude killed someone, this pursuit should've been terminated the SECOND the police started to put lives in danger.
@@mulletscientist There was indeed an obvious reason for the Camaro to flee… possibly being arrested for a reason unknown to us. At 0:18, it looks like he might’ve been pulled over for weaving within his lane. If that’s the case, should a trooper really be continuing a pursuit with a potentially drunk/high driver at 150 mph?
The Chevy Camaro has more horsepower than the police car ! It's very difficult for the trooper to follow this kind of car on an interstate ! I guess it would be easier if it happens in town ! 😀
@@thebigmon When I go to The States, I like to rent great US cars like Camaro or Mustang. I agree with you BigMon : a Camaro is better than a Charger. In addition, the trooper would probably know by heart the city and other units will help him to pull out the perp. Cheers from France !!
@US 421 Retread Would never get away with it in Europe. I live in england. If they get your plate even if you get away they will simply come knocking at your door or send you a letter demanding you identify the driver of the vehicle at the time of the offence. If you fail to do so they drag you in front of the court and you get done for not identifying the driver albeit in this sort of situation you are way better off failing to identify than identifying as penalty for that sort of driving is loss of license and possible jail time versus points and a fine.
@US 421 Retread Any of those kind of laws are insane. If that is true no way should something like that be constitutional. imagine the extensions of a law like that.
They get it before they light it up and if they get away they just go and impound the car when they find it and nothing the owner can do from what I understand
If i was the driver in case they got my plates i would dump my car somewhere not close, and act like i home party for whatever reason, and notice my car is gone and file stolen car. LOL

It seems that the cop has a depth perception problem at night. Not good for a 150 mph chase. Also, he was unable to close the gap that was initially created. 🤔😳😳
This officer should have exercised better judgement on this one! A traffic violation isn’t worth not making it home! Those speeds are aren’t survivable for any parties involved
Now this is the big difference between Arkansas and California. Had this guy tried this in California, they would have had the Army, Navy, Marines, Helicopters, A-10s strafing. No expense would be spared to avoid embarrassing the Highway Patrol. The prosecuting attorney would have then dismissed the case, or let him plead down to a turn-signal "fix-it" ticket.

So, was the Camero driver involved in a violent crime or murder???? Because I see absolutely no other reason for a government employee to be using government property in such a way as to subject a huge number of innocent citizens to a deadly hazard such as the cop blasting by at 150mph... Just because they run, doesn't always legitimize a 150mph chase through traffic!
Guess you can tell that to the family of the 80 year old man killed by street racers in Little Rock this week. These fools drive like that without the police chasing them.
There are 2 types of people.. Cops and Criminals. A Criminal has to get lucky every day to do his Job, A Cop only has to get lucky once to do his job..

@CrazyFrank Thank you, Frank, for sharing with us your wealth of knowledge. But I'm thinking there's plenty of drivers with the right cars out there capable of outperforming a police chase. @@dougroberts3643 I know there’s luck involved but a whole lot of skill goes along way I’ve seen plenty of amateur drivers have cars most definitely capable of outrunning cops and still be taken down simply because they couldn’t handle the power so regardless a skilled driver is a good driver but thanks for the attitude you sarcastic shit. Also needless to say there has been Many cases where the helicopters and so called “radioing ahead” has failed of course you can outrun the radio and yes you can even outrun the helicopter it has been done time and time and will continue to happen. Less to do with "getting away" and more to do with people yielding to the left or not yielding at all. The one who *doesn't* have to sort out ignorant drivers on the road is always going to have an advantage.
@@tikonc Even with the police at 150+ you still see plenty of drivers who do spot then and move out the way in time, sure occasionally a driver won't have enough time to react but most of these cases are people who have a negligent level of inattention or just don't care at all. Personally if a vehicle blasts past me at silly speeds the first thing I consider is whether law enforcement are in pursuit and pay attention for that so as to be ready to move out the way and similar if I see one emergency vehicle with active lights/siren I assume there might be more and attentive for that.
@@WestsideBoy Nothing to contend with by using the shoulder. Pursuing officers don't have that luxury since people *might* use it to yield. Also how often do you see drivers hit the brakes for cops? Now how often do you see them do that for a fleeing suspect? lol

They have helicopters out there I know you could radio to the next town and cop ahead,
The folks who are making way for the police pursuit must be wondering what's going on as the Camaro never passed them
Yep, at 3:00 it should have been painfully obvious that the cop lost. Two lanes both occupied. He went the wrong way.

I saw him cut back in front of the semi he had to brake so hard to get back in front of the semi he lost him

@@Pb_Slinger looked stocked by the way it barely got away I think they’re rated at like 426 hp while the police chargers have the hemi with 370hp so not too much of a difference but the Camaro stock would walk and cop charger he might’ve had an aftermarket intake at best but I think he was definitely stock
@@crazyfrank3866 wow. Sad to say, but I was happy to see him get away. Hopefully not a violent person and just a fast driver.
"chevy thunder"!
LOL 5th gen Camaro FTW. Officer deserves a gift certificate for dinner at Gapplebee's.
The wide stance and low center of gravity always helps a lead foot !
Trooper figured this is his chance to get to his favorite donut shop faster might as well just keep going after he lost sight of him an hour ago.
Why is he still chasing even after he can't see him anymore?
Cop was so mad, he went home and beat his wife again.
That isn't funny.
One of if not the stupidest comment ever.
