If you dont allow me to ride then it's over. We are still together and I still ride
I'm 57. I haven't had a bike in 30 years. My wife and best friend of 40 years, passed away in January. I needed a distraction. In April I bought a Yamaha FZ6. I used it for practice, to get my license. In June I bought a Honda Shadow Spirit. I try to take a ride at least every evening and plan to take long trips when I get it setup. YOU GO, BUZZ! 😊👍

I'm 36 and I find people born before 95 usually have great respect for their elders because we were raised that way. The other day I was getting breakfast at McDonald's and there was 2 old Vietnam vets in line in front of me and one noticed the other guys military hat and they started having a conversation about Vietnam and when, where and who they served for. It was pretty cool listening to their stories waiting for my breakfast and just felt a huge amount of respect for the two. Even though everyone else their buying and waiting on food could care less I thought it was awesome they were both alive and just happened to run into each other at a McDonald's 0f all places lol.
Just wanna say, you getting involved and buying the bike from the dealership just to help this guy out, priceless absolutely beautiful! Says what kind of a "true man" you are, respect brother.
Huge respect for those guys, I would love to sit and listen to their road stories. I have been riding since I was 15 and am now 67 and I can still learn from the older generation. God bless these gentlemen with many more happy trails and good health. This video has inspired me to ride more long distance rides, and that's coming from a semi-retired long haul Trucker.
I am newbie motorbike rider at the age of 71. After two long and complicated TKR (Total Knee Replacements) two in Stockholm, Sweden and two here in sunny, tropical THAILAND. From YouTubing cars I started YouTubing motorbikes with my partner Kari Rajatalo from Finland. After the =RE= Royal Enfield Meteor 350 review I was so impressed that I bought one last week: August 14, 2021. Now, I am learning to ride it properly. So far I've ridden 400 kilometers here in Bangkok. Best regards BKK-Johnny th-cam.com/video/pvDP2CzTWAE/w-d-xo.html

70 Years old, Just bought my 2015 FLHP Road King 6/20. Started riding in the early 80's. Took a break from riding for 32 years until 25 years as a Correction Officer and living life like a Viking caught up to me. My legs are pretty well shot. One of my kids suggested I should get one of those motorized scooters. Welcome to the club. I'm 70 also. I have the Harley Fat Boy and a gts 250 Vespa for zipping around town. I sold my CBR 1000. I must have lost my mind. Now, I got to get another sport bike. I miss it bad. Maybe I'll get a Busa, we shall see.
When we're young, seniors seem like aliens. We can't envision ourselves at that age. Older people like this should be an inspiration; you don't suddenly stop loving those things you have all of your life. At 66, I've been riding 50 years. I ride a ZX-14, Roadking and ZZR1200. My other hobbies are hotrod cars (both modern and vintage), and rock guitar playing. I've yet to experience a birthday having the effect of switching off my passions.
I know a lady that lives in the high-rise in town. She rides with all of us guys. She rides an old Honda V-65 Magna that can smoke any of our cruisers. She never does that but we all know if she cracks that throttle she will leave us all in the dust. She is 80 years old as well.
You said a mouthful partner .Being a senior myself gives me a new found respect for surviving to a ripe old age, especially having beaten the odds for survival after 50 plus years on motorcycles and at the wheel of various hot-rods. Arthritis makes my passion harder to persue now, but I hav'nt thrown in the towel(yet).
@@MrPepper312 you got that right, wtf does him being black have anything to do with the story. The story is of a 81 year old man buying a bike, we act as if he walked into the store and was like I am an 82 year old black male who would like to purchase a bike. Lmao
Inspiring video, thx so much. I'm almost 69. Rode a lot yrs ago... BSA 650 up and down the west coast. Then, life, kids, work... you know the story. So, I buy a Connie 14 yesterday and I'm starting another bike-life. God bless Buzz and his boys, Sean and his boys and riders everywhere.
Buzz looks absolutely incredible for being 81. This is how you live long folks, don't ever let anyone tell you you're "too old" for something. This man continues to get up every day and do what he loves.

This video is very motivating!! I’m 42 years old and have never rode a motorcycle..I will be taking a course soon to teach me the fundamentals of motorcycles and motorcycle riding..and then I will look into getting me a beginner friendly bike. This man started at 60 plus so there is still hope for me I guess haha…great video and keep up the good work.
Sinsear6 You’re right, it’s never too late. I’m also 48. I too waited too long to start riding and to get my first bike also. I knew that I wanted to ride after the first ride with my dad at age 7. Unfortunately, I had to wait 3 whole days after I turned 16, the worst 3 days of my life! lol I’ve been a fanatic ever since. To all you guys that started riding later in life, welcome to the club! I’m just glad you discovered it before it was too late.

Sounded like a great day. I miss sitting around the campfire when I was younger, my dad and uncle would always start telling stories about when they were younger. Best nights ever.
Sometimes it's just good to stop what your doing and listen to people. You never know how inspiring they may be unless you take the time to stop and listen. Thanks for the video it's more about the people than the bike.
My dad passed at 83 in 2018. There were a few times during his life when he joked about buying a motorcycle. He never did. I bought my first bike in 1994, and my second in 1996. in 1997 my dad asked me to not buy another bike after I sold this one till after he passed away. I agreed and unfortunately sold that bike in 1998. I have not owned another motorcycle since then. I am currently in the process of selling one of my cars which will pay for my next motorcycle. I am 48. Looking forward to being on 2 wheels again and never being without one. Thank you for posting this.

Don't ever think that just because someone is in there 80s or 90s that their all washed up. Because I've seen it first hand! Im 51 years old, born September 3, 1968. And my dad's 80 years old and was born in 1939. But what blew my mind is that when my grandfather was 85 year's old we went up to visit and when we got there my grandpa was building a front porch on the front of there house with all hand tools! No electricity, he used a hand drill that you hold and rotate with your other hand to pre drill the holes for wooden pegs that he glued into place. He used a hand saw to cut every last board on this porch! And what really blew my mind was in his garage he had a sit down peddle lathe machine to hand craft the 145 spindles!!! So don't "EVER" think that just because you are in your 80s that your all washed up. My grandfather lived to be 103 years old. So I can say that it's safe to say that he was a bad ass dude!!!
I remember doing some time in the county jail and a guy in his 60s with grey hair got into a fight with a guy that was around 30 the young guy started it and the old man beat the shit out of him and had the speed and movements of of 20 year old.. I think about that old man every time I see a old person going off about fighting someone like hmmm I wonder if this is another old UFC ninja fighter under that old skin and gray hair 🤣🤣

Hes 81 years young. Im 70 and going for a new Harley myself.
Badass
Don't stop being yourself
Welcome to the club. I'm 70 also. I have the Harley Fat Boy and a gts 250 Vespa for zipping around town. I sold my CBR 1000. I must have lost my mind. Now, I got to get another sport bike. I miss it bad. Maybe I'll get a Busa, we shall see.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣alright badass grandpa.
Keep i keepin on
"I had a HAYABUSA, but I got bad knees so had to get rid of it"
What a fukin legend...
I'm 67, hip replacement, knee replacement, 50 mi. round trip every day to work on a 02 Heritage Springer Softail...
Damn! That's freaking awsome
Dius; yeah, I couldn't believe when he said that. true legend .
I wish I could take one trip with these guys
Yellow Cake; me too.
: "ladies,.. this sounds like a dating profile so RSVP... before you're too late...
I know a lady that lives in the high-rise in town. She rides with all of us guys. She rides an old Honda V-65 Magna that can smoke any of our cruisers. She never does that but we all know if she cracks that throttle she will leave us all in the dust. She is 80 years old as well.
Great dude I`m 73 & ride a Ducati Diavel, been riding over 50 yrs,met a lot of nice ppl, seen lots of great places in UK & Europe
Im very glad to hear that
You said a mouthful partner .Being a senior myself gives me a new found respect for surviving to a ripe old age, especially having beaten the odds for survival after 50 plus years on motorcycles and at the wheel of various hot-rods. Arthritis makes my passion harder to persue now, but I hav'nt thrown in the towel(yet).
Buzz needs a GoPro and his own channel. God bless ya old timer
These two old men are so wholesome, and fresh in mind. I hope that i one day in the future will be like these dudes.
Man I love listening to those older guys stories! Great stuff!
It's crazy
I was smiling throughout this whole video. God bless these men.
Just for the record I'm a black man. I love this guy Sean he's just good people .God bless you Sean and your family
Christiaan Overgaard
Get Trump a bike and let him ride with you guys, by the way , he’s orange
All I saw was a man. Didn't think about his race.
Just for the record I'm a twinkie.
@@MrPepper312 you got that right, wtf does him being black have anything to do with the story. The story is of a 81 year old man buying a bike, we act as if he walked into the store and was like I am an 82 year old black male who would like to purchase a bike. Lmao
thomas spearman 😆
I don’t know why I’m crying tears of joy... But this video has made my day...! This is beautiful... I LOVE THIS BIKELIFE !!!
God bless you Buzz and the young man too. 💗💗💗
Those two guys need their own TH-cam channel. Consider me your first subscriber.
*PS: I'm for that.. K...
Jau kvifor ikkje det vært gild
I'll be the second
I love the motorcycle culture!! It’s one of the best parts of riding.
Shout-out to Buzz, am 27 from Kenya started riding this year and I have to say, I also would love to see 81 with my bike.
Hello,
I am also from kenya and I will like to know if you are a lot g distance rider.
Damn!! That dude looks good!! I'm 72 and guys like that make me think I may have a few years left. Great video!! Thanks for sharing.
Ride sport bikes not old man bikes. Like him. See?
Inspiring video, thx so much. I'm almost 69. Rode a lot yrs ago... BSA 650 up and down the west coast. Then, life, kids, work... you know the story. So, I buy a Connie 14 yesterday and I'm starting another bike-life. God bless Buzz and his boys, Sean and his boys and riders everywhere.
Oh damn I know him! He’s my dad’s friend... great to see it
lies
They’re really mad because they feel like he’s spending their inheritance.
Exactly!
Probably
Maybe!
Apparently
LMFAO more than likely, but ya know, while he is still alive, its his money.
Buzz looks absolutely incredible for being 81. This is how you live long folks, don't ever let anyone tell you you're "too old" for something. This man continues to get up every day and do what he loves.
Autoimmunity
Very true. I know a 90 year old that just bought a new corvette. He’s already waiting for the next model. He looks and gets around like he’s in his 60’s.
The respect you gave to Buzz shows me that you guys kept it 100 so Im subscribing!
Never too late, I turned 48 and got my license and first bike. LOVE IT!!
@Adon LovE better late than sorry
Sinsear6 me too I just started riding and I asked my self why I didn’t ride before?i am 49
I'm 42 and just signed up for class. Watching motorcycle movies so much I feel like I know all these people. What'd you get for your first bike?
@@Spot_the_dog, I got a 1997 Kawasaki Vulcan 500.
Just turned 60. Went out and bought a 2018 CVO Road Glide for my birthday. Hope I can get to 81 and still be confident riding.
If not ... a 2039 Corvett I heard will be Epic .... 🤣
Keep your starter motor in check. According to buzz today glide vibrates a lot
I am 63 I have a 2002 xjr 1300 yam, a 79 cbx1000, and a 78 gs 1000, I don't only ride them but I have rebuilt most of my bikes I have owned.
Most dedicated bikers live for their bikes.
I love those old dudes
He moves around like hes in his 40s he has some great genetics strong dude
Raymond Kamstra black don’t crack
Nahhh he wobbles around like he's 80
@H H Good one! I bet he's in better shape than your mom!!! 😜
@H H I bet he's in better shape than you commentary? Grow up.
@H H Spoken like a type Murican with less than 30 years experience...If you understood anything about martial arts, you would know the martial art is not important, it's the execution of the practitioner...
3 hours of amazing stories??! yes please!!
That’s truly wonderful to stay active and great that you guys helped get his bike back. He’s a real soldier
69 and riding a Triumph street triple the last 5 years.
Love the triple. Absolutely my next bike. 58 and hopefully I'll be riding for , at least as long as this 81 year old.
And you have Kratos as profile pic?
Nice
Waldo25m, age?
60 and riding a Triumph Tiger Sport 1050 - age means little
55 and still riding and doing track days on my Ducati, never too old!
I am almost 60, and riding vfr 800F
55 and love my 2017 Harley Ultra Classic - 1st Harley I've owned, and the best bike I've ever had. My last 3 bikes were Kawasaki Nomads, which were my favorite until the Ultra Classic.
What track do you ride on?
That guy looks great for 81.
Yes he do. Know what I mean
@@xezon8042 For sure. Know what I mean
Black don't crack.
it must be that extra melanin
I prayed to God 🙏 that when I'm 81 years old that I'm still able to ride like this guy I'm 52 years old now with diabetes..🙄 but look like 39 I have a 2014 Harley Davidson Street glide that I bought brand new in 2014 which 57,000 miles I and going
Men like this inspire me 💯💪👑
This guy is amazing! Been riding since I was 14.
And this gentleman gives me so much hope.
Ride on my man. Much respect. Tell the fam. To chill out and let you love your life.
will die on his bike
Great video! Just got back from Cross Country Trip from Tennessee to California with my 75 year old Dad who rides a 2017 Harley-Davidson Ultra. It's a trip I'll never forget. Its always good to see videos like this. Thanks for the upload have a blessed day.
Please do post up the stories. It’s nice to know there are still good folks in this world.
That is such a nice thing to do for him. The stories were the best.
that guy is in GREAT shape for 81 wow.. He looks young at heart.
Sounded like a great day. I miss sitting around the campfire when I was younger, my dad and uncle would always start telling stories about when they were younger. Best nights ever.
We have a dude in our R1 group who’s dad is 80 and rides an R1, awesome to see.
Ride me

*PS: (no disrespect to dad man..) man your dilemma is a heavy, and presents an interesting scenario for you.. *all I can say is you are fighting an unbeatable drug.. it's called *ADRENALINE..
(:you won't win..)
Be Safe.. K..
@@DTO.. what
I'm late, but this is one of the best videos. Love hearing the oldheads talk bikes, and where they've been. You can tell riding keeps him young. The fact that you helped him out when you didn't have to at all is amazing 💪🏿
Those two guys are absolute legends. It must have been an honor to meet them and hear those stories
I’ve been riding almost fifty years and when I grow up I want to be like Buzz!
*PS: we have an in common,, I got the DMV/MC license before they tried to offer it in my home education classes in HS..
: (the instructor acted annoyed that I was ahead of his program, and didn't really require the course..) *I guess so,, I was a B student that had to start working for a living at the time.. *I attended the classroom regardless K..
Walter, 50 years riding here, over 50 different bikes dirt + street. Now retired and looking forward to many more miles, both on and off road.
I love how you have been riding for 50 years and you still say when i grow up
Just got my licence, I turned 60 last Feb, Hope I last as long as he has.
71 here, riding since 18, just one thing, keep a safe distance from vehicle up front. Good riding,
I took it back up last summer ,I turn 60 this summer and it will be during my adventure.
This guy is amazing. He looks like he could tell alotta interesting stories! Keep riding safe, Buzz!
Great story looking forward to hearing about some of those old guys experiences. Feels great talking about older guys when I’m approaching 66 myself and still riding having gotten back on a bike 3 years ago . Inspiring very inspiring indeed.
Oh man Buzz! I’m 63 been riding 47 years! I’m headed east in July! Me my gals will be watching for you! You keep riding man!
I know a 100 and 101 year old who still drive. 82 is nothing. He’s doing the best thing you can do - keep going.
Still.... 82 is definitely not "nothing". Lol
I really appreciate you helping this man out. It wasn't required, but you did some extra work and made sure he could get his ride back under him. Strong work sir.
I watch a lot of B&B videos and have seen many instances of their kindness. It's in their DNA. I especially like the video where SK tells us how he got started and how they developed their strong ethics.
that is cool 81 and still riding, seems like a really nice man.
I’m 42 & looking to buy my 1st bike this year. I just asked myself am I too old to start riding just the other day. This video is definitely inspiring. But you know what, this video is what life & freedom is all about.
This was so inspiring 😍 I love it ..He just talked me into getting another motorcycle after 3 yrs. of ridding a Suzuki Hayabusa. So Thank You ❣
You sure know how to run a business, it's all about relationships
I'm in my sixties. Been riding for half of those years, and never enjoyed riding as much as I do now. Y'all will enjoy your later years too. Just ride smart and ride safe.
That's true my friend👍👍
Somewhere on TH-cam is a video of a 91 year old riding a Hayabusa. Italian bloke. Man I hope I can ride like that, when I get older. Im 50 now....
I’m 45 and I just bought my first Harley it’s never to late to ride
45, own 05 Harley RK mainly for rides with wife, not much solo riding with that onw...drove my sons buddy's GSXR 2 weeks ago for the weekend, buying one next spring! God bless you and keep getting those 2 wheeled miles in!
These guys are inspirational. Real road warriors
i'm turning 64 in a couple months and started riding at age 9 on a old Suzuki 50 2 stroke i was given by a neighbor...that led to a long line of bikes from MX'ers, trail 90s , big bore adventure bikes to sport touring road bikes ...if i'm blessed i'll be as fortunate as he is at 81..there's a ZG1000 Concours next to a '71 SL350 Honda in the garage now.. .maybe the next bike will be from SRK cycles?
You had a generous neighbor.
Tumat I've had about the same life kinda but I didn't get to have my first bike till I was fourteen I've had 23? You had that SL 350 my brother had a 68 Scrambler I love scramblers my first Scrambler was a Honda 50 my next Scrambler was a Honda 250 Scrambler whether 337 kit I could not get off that bike it was a 65 I had it in 73 I got a picture of it somewhere I missed a scramblers they're one of the best bikes but yeah anything on two wheels that old really is my hobby but I'll be 63 October take care
Go Buzz! I'm 61 and ride a Yamaha FZ6 ... still love fast bikes. The love of riding never seems to go away. The comaraderie among fellow riders is the best.
Ryry Boyle lol
I'm 56 and I live on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia. I love these videos, and I am getting more inspired by observing a bloke doing what he loves instead of just 'surviving'.
I ride about an hour everyday to and from work on my Kawasaki Versys 08' 650cc and have been riding street bikes on and off for about 15 years.
Keep up the great work 'Bike and Beards'
This 80 year old dude has underglow light..... love it nothing is stoping this man
When I had my bike dealership I loved when guys like them would come in to the shop. Like you said we wouldn't get much done but it sure was an enjoyable time. That's what I miss most is the motorcycle community. Don't miss dealing with the manufacturers.
*PS: Yes,, those Big Conglomerate Manufacturer M'FKers are some Low Balling Tightwads since forever and ir will never change, never. K ..

Not a Day wasted it seems. The way a hobby brings People together, awesome.
I’m 35 and I thought I was too old to start riding bikes I’ve been riding dirt bikes for a while but now I’m ready to get me a street bike
I'm 29 just bought myself a new Drz400sm I love it.
I'm the same age as you and have never riden a bike. I'm going for my MSF class next week
Do it man. I bought my first bike at 54. Two years later, now got 3 😁
chukaone you won’t regret it. I started 2 years ago at 54 when my son started at 17. I Love it
Wtf I don’t have my driving license yet. Definitely not old.
All the years he spent on a dirt bike gave him a huge head start to safe street riding.
If it's what makes him happy let him be. Once you take a man's joy is when he slowly begins to die internally.
Its moments like this that gives life its worth;Simple interactions with men of high caliber and of an era that helped forge them into the men they are.
9:30 I’m from Reno!! Made me smile to hear he likes coming down to my home town 😊 so inspiring to see a man keep up with his passion at this age! Never quit living life, my friends. Game ain’t over til the whistle blows
I waa born in Reno actually, I loved ir but I had to move to florida because my parents got divorced. Hopefully I can visit Reno again soon.
I turn 76 this year and still ride my 1999 Buell Lightning Stroker, i also ride my 1980 KZ-750 , my 2004 Screaming Eagle 103 Road King , my 2015 117 Fatboy and my 1955 Panhead magneto kick only HD.
I'm 51 and I Love this Man's story and his passion for freedom and Motorcycles. I am going to take the plunge and buy a bigger Bike for some light touring. I'm looking at the Yamaha V-star 1100
Man it makes me so happy to see you making bros dreams come alive again. It takes me back to the late 1990's when me and my buddies started out, I miss those days, and I'm only 41! Anyhow you're such a straight and honest operator Sean, I love your philosophy and values bro. seeing those dudes demonstrates the strength of the bonds of human friendship and shared love of motorcycling. Keep it shiny side up guys!
middle-aged!
I hope I’m this badass when I’m 81. Ride for life ❤️
Buzz and his crew are legends! RideAlongWithBuzz would be a great TH-cam Channel :)
Buzz is a legend. You can't buy days like those
Happy 84th to buzz, picked a good day to watch this lol
