I m actually scared to get back to work. from previous experience and new investigations, i find the work culture is getting for toxic and unnecessary complicated every year
For me its being introverted. I just havent met my "people" yet. I dont feel like I socially fit in.

I dont hate my job. I dont like the negative and complaining attitude of the people I work with who just want to do just minimum work and get paid.
