I have completed my MBA in HR specialization then i was expecting salary more than 20k and miss many opportunities. Afte passing 2-3 months I realised that i should start gaining some practical knowledge in HR so i came pune and started unpaid internships for 6 months after that i realised i can earn good salary as an IT recruitment but again I don't any opportunity because company's required experienced IT recruiter. So again i join internship for 6 months as IT and Non IT recruiter.
Now I'm working in bajaj as an apprentice trainee. And getting 10k per month. Now I'm feeling that it's very long journey to catch up with my friends who are earning from 10LPA to 20LPA by just doing graduation.
It's going to be a hard journey for me but trying to get salary upto 4-5LPA but not getting any opportunity

I m in same pool feeling stuck its been a 1 yr now after completing my MBA in HR I did my internship in to IT hirings which was paid internship of 10 k but I wanted to go in Hr operations so I again did 6 months of paid internship of 5k and even after that i m not getting a desired salary or position...3-4 lpa even though I m a mba holder and now I m feeling stuck I hv turned 25 with no stable job and I m confused to whether or not to continue in this field or switch ll my frnds are earning so well and I m still stuck on internships I hardly get calls for the hr ops job even in that after clearing the interview they offer salary of 13-15 k which is very less people want experienced for hr ops and payroll. Even I feel stuck and confused

@@muskanshekhar5260 But we should not give up on our journey. Trust me once you get 2 to 3 years of experience then you can earn a good salary. Try to gain new skills. Because one of my friends is earning 20LPA as an IT Engineer he started his job with 10k per month. Now he has 4 years experience. So our experience is less to get a good salary.
Trust me we can also gain a good salary.

No Mba is not necessary to start a job in HR. Infact, I've seen so many people on LinkedIn coming from let alone BBA/Bcom but Btech backgrounds who are working in HR now. You just need to get that first HR related job somewhere which is also not that difficult & then climb up the corporate ladder through Job switching and all
