Yes dear, its true that doing MBA from top colleges will give you jobs very easily.. else you will have to really put big efforts in off campus market..

HR career is good but only when you passout from big business school as an HR professional I will suggest you go for business analyst or data analyst that is the best because when you got to know about the Market it will take so much time so that's why growth is very slow in HR after work 5 years your package only 6-7 lpa when you compare yourself with Data person or IT professional 5 years of experience they are getting 25-30 lpa at the end only package matter and in HR growth is very slow @@issashreyaa
9 out of 10 HRs are looking for job in market. The problem with HR is that everyone is HR. Less demand more supply. If you are from tier 1 college then its ok but even I have seen tier 1 college experienced are sitting for months back in 2024 and getting no opportunity. If we talk in majority of this profession salary is very very low even I see people working on salary 10k monthly even after being from tier 2 MBA college ...A redi wala fast food guy or a labour earns better than this. Useless profession not for everyone.
mam I have confusion on opting pgdm and mba? Please tell me if I pursue PGDM then I get the value of MBA candidate in promotion or I will face problem in future because I am not MBA passout?
