For hitman 2 you have to have it on PC and then you need to go to nexusmods.com then look for the hitman 2 game on there then look for a mod called hitman 2 all weapons tools and suits unlocked but for hitman 1 I don't know

You need to restart your pc then the game and then you may have to redownload the mods it worked for me
