I came to this video because I was looking for a way to split the audio channels when recording on the phone. Didn't find an answer. However - I do have an answer for you: You can also monitor the audio with the Lark 2 by just using your airpods. I haven't used the camera app on the phone for this yet but using filmic pro or the black magic camera app, you can monitor the audio of the Lark 2 through the phone on your airpods. I'm sure it will work with other headphones connected to the phone too.
Thanks for the tip. It doesn't look like there is a way to split the audio when using the USB connection into a camera or phone. At least not at the moment.
Do you mean live monitor or just playback ? Because I can’t find a way for live AirPod monitoring
Same… and annoyed it’s not true stereo - just a mono in both channels
Can you use 3 of these at once? Like you buy a single and double set, then pair them all together?
Maybe a little late to the part, but did you find a solution for the audio channel issue for the Lark M2?
how can I use camera receiver and record 2 channels on Logic Pro? is there any way to do it? or I can use the lightning to minijack dongle to register 2 separate tracks with the camera receiver? thanks!
I think there's a Hollyland app to use on your phone when using the phone adapter.
Maybe using a TRS TO USB C adapter?
just curios, if you use the camera receiver-- does it separate audio? and is it possible to have it in mono (both tx in both side)? do you need to press a button to select?
oh nevermind, i just found out hahaha
Can u pls explain further? My camera receiver doesnt do it seperstely
I'm not sure which wireless system you are referring to, but the Hohem cannot split the audio channels in 3.5mm or USB.
@@VideoGizmology And the Hollyland Lark M2?
If using the USB receiver, the Lark M2 does not split stereo audio. I think that's just a limitation with these kinds of USB receivers right now. However, the camera receiver on the Lark M2 can split the audio.
did yo uever find a solution to this? mine doesnt even switch to mono c=even o non the camera
Right now, audio from a USB-C connection on these type of devices are only mono.
Let me know if you ever find a solution!!!
