i can’t help but wonder what changed in Nick Cannon over the course of a decade. his values have completely changed. i’m not saying he was better off before or after, but it isn’t something you see very often. i can’t believe the man talking about marriage and starting a family is the same man with 12 kids from 6 different women. it seems like two different people tbh
I think that he is behaving like an idiot because he feels so guilty for how he lost her. There must have been some kind of switch in his brain. It has become like some sort of competition to spread his seamen… Maraja’s kids must feel bad inside and be hurt by their father’s choices. They are old enough. i am only speculating. @@silviaetna9874 yeah i agree. i honestly don’t think it’s guilt but more so this idea that if wasn’t going to work with Mariah, it wasn’t going to work with anyone. although i don’t see how having as many kids as possible with multiple different women is the better alternative. it’s one thing to not believe in marriage, it’s another thing to impregnate a bunch of random women and act as if marriage is beneath you (even tho children are an even bigger commitment🤣).

It’s pretty clear to me that he is in fact very obsessed with her. Look at his lyrics, one phrase he praises her and the next second he goes crazy on her.. he kept on rapping about her even when she wasn’t paying attention to him anymore.
Clown was a chill diss track but she went hard with that Obsessed track. She made a hit around the world, and made millions from the song, humiliated him in the music video and moved on. She’s the winner. And I respect her for standing tall in front of him.

Well with all the baby mamas he's got now I'd say you're probably pretty close to the right answer. It's just those ladies picked it up faster because while I don't think MC is dumb I think she's naive at least in love, which is understandable. She didn't have the experiences most folks have in their 20s dating around, learning the red flags, breaking hearts, having your heart broken, just learning lessons on how to teach people how to treat you. She was married pretty much the second she hit adulthood (which is a disgusting topic on it's own for another time and place).

Good breakdown! Okay, so growing up when Mariah was on the rise in the 90s I listened to her music and loved it but I was still very young so I wouldn’t say I was fan because I so young. When the Emancipation of Mimi came out, that was my album! Loved it and I was a fan at that point because I was older and was developing my taste for music.
Eminem I was a fan of because when he blew up, I was in middle school and we thought Eminem was so cool. Rough around the edges, doesn’t care who he offended etc…
I never knew they had a feud nor knew it was over the course of many years. I have to say, Eminem’s reaction to Mariah denying the relationship is extreme. It seems a little much, lol.

One biologically his we all know Hailey but he also adopted Kim’s sisters daughter & Kim’s daughter with another man. He was abused & forced feed pills by his mum growing up then made him more susceptible to being in abusive relationship with Kim but he ended the cycle of abuse by leaving her and getting sober. He’s now a matured clean 50 year old music was his outlet shouldn’t hold the abuse he suffered from his mum ect over him as women hating. He’s beefed with more men then women in his career.

Growing up, I heard that Mariah Carey and Nick Canon waited until marriage and that was inspiring to me. I shared those values and he always spoke so highly of her. Melted my heart.
That might be part of the reason why people talk about her being a diva but I look at her differently. Because she obviously had done something right to get a man who constantly boosted her up. i felt like you could sense they had something real and so I was actually sad when I heard they were splitting up.
Maybe people call her a diva, because she sets boundaries, and sticks to them and stands up for herself, and some people can't handle that.

The Eminem and Mariah Carrey situation resembles the Tory Lanez and Megan the Stallion trial. (Woman denies relationship with a man; man chooses to retaliate somehow.) Eminem has always rubbed me the wrong way because of his incredibly violent music towards the women in his life, like his ex-wife and his mom, so it's unsurprising that he was hostile about the situation. Nick Cannon surprised me in this video; I always thought of him as some corny dude, but he comes across as very upstanding and upfront. In the interview where he talks about how Mariah wasn't moving in the same direction as him, I'm wondering if he is referring to his polygamist ways. Great video BE!
Nick always made it known & was truly in love w her in every way a man should love a woman. Even hold lighting for her on the red carpet. Their divorce was extremely shocking. And even the way Nick handled the Em situation was so mature. He has built a great career for himself while staying low & still respects her still to this day.
I believe NC was in love with the idea of being in love with MC. He had a picture in his head of who she was, what love was and what a relationship/marriage should be. However, the reality of a serious relationship/marriage was different. Plus, I think he was too young for her. I am sure MC had her issues too.

I believe both Em and Mariah... in the sense that they had a relationship... but it was never sexual as Em implies. It was more emotional for both of them. And it hurt his feelings and his ego when she snubbed him and didn't count him... so he exaggerated the extent of the thing. But Mariah is right in saying she never had an intimate relationship with him. She chose her words carefully... for a reason. 😏
I really enjoyed your video! I love Mariah, and I had to pause this video a couple times to go listen to some of her songs you mentioned that I haven't heard in a minute! 😂 I think a lot of women have had the life experience at least once of a male acquaintance being interested in you, and it's a one-way street, and when you don't reciprocate his affections - and even though you do it politely, kindly and even think the guy is cool - once he knows the answer is NO, the attitude starts, a switch goes off, and he stops being cool and becomes rude and aggressive. I completely believe that Eminem is just obsessed with her, and that it's probably all just because she (probably politely) declined his advances.

The truth is in between .. I believe they had a fling and Mariah is an alcoholic there are instances where she was out in public a hot mess but Eminem was clearly obsessed with her otherwise he wouldn't include her in his songs he had to be in love with her on the other hand we all know how much of a diva she is by her actions on America's got talent with Niki menage... Okay so to me it sounds like they did probably have sex one time, but Eminem finished in 5 seconds and Mariah didn’t want to do anything with him after that, maybe it wasn’t even related to that 5 seconds. Anyways, I was present when all this was going down and this was the very beef that turned me off of Eminem's music as a whole.
As a rapper, he's extremely talented. Will never take that away from him. However, as a person he's very vile and disgusting. I believe those two had spoken but it doesn't go further that. How he kept coming after Mariah throughout years out of nowhere told me that. Nick was right on Eminem being a coward because you can say all this rah rah on record but the moment the man is trying to reach out to you to speak to you about what you said face to face, you run. I lost major respect for him after this fued along with his threats towards his exwife Kim (listen to his song Kim its...disturbing)
