I know the answer: privacy. While it's cute that our favorite celebrities are dating someone we also admire, not everything needs to be on full display, especially relationships. Look at Austin and Vanessa or Quavo and Sawettie as they broke up despite everyone thinking that they were couple goals.
Some of these couples are so private,I have no idea who the hell they are. Having a career in the spot light is a total contradiction to those who want full and total privacy. If they want that kind of top secret privacy, well Walmart is always hiring.
A lot of those couples have at least one former child star. I wonder if that's why they value privacy so much. Growing up in the public eye must have been a nightmare.

Sure it's kind of strange that for people who are in the public eye, they're so private about their relationship but at the same time it's very refreshing and they also deserve their privacy as well. Some celebrities post everything on social media but it's also nice to not share everything with every one too.
I love Eva and Ryan's relationship along with the others I've heard on this list. They prioritize thier privacy and they are all doing well together. Celeb Relationships seem to suffer more when in the spotlight a lot. Some Celeb couples breakup for whatever reasons but the heavy spotlight doesn't help. These people are proof that you can be a celebrity and have a good personal life.

I don’t find it horrible that some couples aren’t seen together. Maybe they stay out professionally because they have different jobs and backgrounds. Or maybe they keep low profiles and don’t find it important to keep up publicly. Maybe both reasons apply.

The reason they remain successful is because they stay private. Having the media involved in your relationship is difficult. Having it involved in your personal life at all is difficult. Smart people remain quiet on their private lives and just speak about the projects/shows/movies they are doing. You have to have boundaries with the masses that when given a little then want every piece of you. I am pleased for those who are able to be quietly happy and healthy while also maintaining a high profile job.

Sarah and Freddie are my ALL TIME favourite Hollywood couple. I practically grew up with them. The appeal to me was how there is an endurance to the pair. They function as teammates as well as spouses, with the addition to how there is so many things to them that is precious and special that it makes sense they choose not constantly publicly announce nor document them socially all the time, making them the antithesis of the trope "love/engagements/marriages don't last in Hollywood" which is rather refreshing these days

And I’m not blasting the couples who ARE in the spotlight, if that’s the way they want to live their life, that’s their prerogative.
