I can never be sure, but I think I saw him with BST around 1975. I DO remember and unreal bass solo, harmonics, bends, feedback. Wish I had a better video in my mind :(
Talented player of course, but the intro and the outro with the harmonics is total Jaco Pastorius rip off. Jaco hated the fact that other bassplayers stole his ideas and built their careers on it :( I do like the slap part though, at least he has some ideas of his own in that section.
Except for Mic Gillette on trumpet, this is the same band as the Live album. I was the FOH engineer on both occasions and I can attest to the fact that every time they played Spanish Wine, it was different.

Good, but IMHO nowhere near as good as the version on the blood sweat and tears live cd
