At the blacksmith, lock all items you actually use in your inventory. Select all the other junk loot to send to the storehouse. Go to the storehouse, sort by type.. go down the list select everything that is not the highest grade of that particular weapon or armor type and salvage them. This is how I maintain one version of every item in the game at it's highest level, rack up tons of jewel stones to sell for millions of copper, and easily have enough matts to upgrade any item you want (except for rank 9 matts that have to be farmed in missions). No one has done a blacksmith guide like this, and it's extremely efficient. My dayjob is working in Excel, so once I figured out the blacksmith mechanics it was nothing to organize to where all the junk loot is a win for me.

dunno, we can assume 99 x 5 = 495 would be the max for leveling, since there won't be a point to gaining levels beyond that point. 99 is the max for each virtue. but idk if there's a cap below that and don't think there's been data of that yet
I wish we had more combos and weapon skill tree, feels like we are playing the first stage of nioh but the whole game 🤦♂️ I want some OPness too, I don't think the DLC will fix core gameplay unfortunately.
Even SOP let you transform into bahumut and had a good variety of class builds, they are kinda slackin, I wonder if their best developers left the team or not :(

Transferring stats onto gear is really disappointing. It's almost like they decided to do away with min-maxing and limit our choice in builds. Almost everyone is using pretty similar builds right now.
That’s because people are pulling from TH-camrs. Build your own thing and the world opens up. I have a healing hammer paladin type build that is basically unkillable in solo, wins in pvp, and is super helpful in co-op and it runs no fire. I also don’t use the same armor and weapon stats.
@@zackeryh250 I have been making my own builds. They don't quite work as well in NG+ though. Builds are extremely limited in Wo Long compared to Nioh 1 and 2.
@@sathic609 I feel like Nioh had dominant builds as well though. Like you could do other things, but ninja builds were just better than most things. I feel like you're arguing for build difficulty and not diversity.
@@zackeryh250 I don't know how you got that from what I typed. Wo Long is literally hold block and time deflect regardless of what build you have. Nioh 2 you had multiple things to farm like soul core's that drastically changed how you played. Weapons had combos and stances. Wo Long is an incredibly reduced version of all of that. Difficulty has nothing to do with it since all you do is block and deflect lol. So feel any way you want to.
