yes it is annoying AF. Same with "reactions" from Streamers. Often the Stuff they are reacting to is just playing in the background while the Streamer is interacting with chat and not paying attention at all, or pausing every 2 seconds to respond to people. But to be fair, not all Streamers doing this, there are some out there who know when it is time for chat and notifications and when it is better do disable or ignore it.
You aren't wrong but none of the systems really work well. Regular TH-cam is setup for the attention deficit disorder generations, you have to keep things short and edited and focus on nonsense like thumbnails to get the algorithm working for you. So the viewer misses out on most of the actual gameplay as things get edited to be more of a highlight reel. Streaming is setup for stroking chat for donations. The streamer is more focused on interacting with chat, so they miss out on most of the actual gameplay. You can find some rare exceptions.
@@Metalgarn Agree, I don't fault the streamers. Although, I would prefer your long videos focused on gameplay reactions. Maybe with some clips posted to shorts with highlights, but there is no money in that for the content creators, so I get it.
