Hi! Sorry for my english. How many times could be shared the same device from hik-connect?
I logged into my phone app and set everithing up there. now on the website I see no sites and cant share them while linking the account. is there a way to do this in the app?
Dear Sir,
During the installation time, I shared my email ID to be used for login and create account to access the cameras installed . I downloaded the hik connect app on my mother's and sister's phone too and logged in with my credentials so that they can access the cameras too. However, when I checked the connected device tab, I didn't see their phones mentioned.
I'm afraid someone else other than my family has got my credentials and is monitoring us. Could you suggest how to identify the users having access to the account?

How many maximum no Hik-connect mobile users and laptop users can support? is there any user limitation ? Please let me know if you made any video on user/admin users limits on single NVR. Thanks in Advance🤝
I do not think there is a limit to the amount of users. I do know if more than 3 are using Hik-Connect at the same time, the Hikvision hardware itself has limitations. For instance, if 3 users are trying to playback a clip at the same time from the NVR or IP camera, this is cost effective hardware and it doesn't have that capability.

so how many remote user can view on one device....
Twice I've tried adding another user. And just like you showed, the user gets added. BUT, they don't get the notifications when someone rings the bell on the camera. On my phone it comes through almost like a phone call. Any idea how to set it up so not only me (the 1st person who made the hik connect account and added the app) but others can also get the notifications when someone rings the bell. Its very beneficial because there are times the receptionist is away from her desk so whoever has this app wherever they are, even if they are not on the premises, can let someone in, or talk to them, etc. Hope you have a solution to this problem because the company that installed the system nor the hik connect folks that they have talked to on the phone were able to help out!!
Have them enable push notifications on their end too. In the phone settings under notifications HIk-Connect must be allowed. Also, they must go into settings in HIK-Connect and enable push notifications.
Do you know if you can just use the one hik-connect account login but on multiple phones instead of having to create new accounts on each phone and share them?
Yes. You can log onto the same account with different phones. We have clients that do this all the time.

Do you have any tip?
There is a NVR verification code in Hik-Connect. You can find it by logging into the NVR and going into advanced network settings. Look in the platform area you will find the code.

How can I set multiple cellphones with hik-connect to receive ringtones from the DS-KB8113 when someone is calling at the door?
Only one unit rings and the other(s) get a late msg that someone has visited your house.
I am tired of answering the door from the office and then make a phonecall to my wife at home, telling her to answer the door... 😱
Wish I knew the answer to that one. We use Aiphone access control, not Hikvision. Just the Hikvision cameras.
@@WentworthCCTV I tried to talk to Hikvision tech support and they say there is no such thing... Well, I have seen thousands of people complaining about the same thing!

@@EddieMetal68 I will ask Hikvision to send me a unit for a video and try to figure it out for you. I was going to cover a Aiphone unit, but many viewers are Hikvision fanatics so Ill see what I can do.

@@WentworthCCTV I asked help for Hikvision tech support and they solved my problem. Until now I don't see the point on their solution, but it worked, lol.
I had to unlink the BK-8113 from my account and register it to my wife's account, then she used the "share" function to give me access. Just like I did, but using her Hik-connect account as a primary user.
Maybe the trick is the woman's essence of sharing!
This is illogical... Who knows...
