Once you download the Hikvision Hik-Connect Phone App, we will instruct you on how to create and log in to your Hik-Connect account. Hik-Connect may also be listed as Hikvision IVMS=4500 in the App store, it is the same app. Once the Hikvision Phone App has been downloaded, you can add Hikvision NVRs, DVRs or IP cameras by P2P serial number or static IP address. You can live view, playback and download video from a Hikvision device using the Hikvision Hik-Connect Phone App.
