we have 6 nvr with 103 ip camera ,all nvr connected on phone and online viwing and status is online but after few mints or few hours or days will be offline .what should i do ?

@@newgilltruckbodypatran my issue was that I tried to connect with laptop to the NVR and the settings interface was not available. I connected the NVR at a monitor and everything was available and easy to configure
After updating the ip camera firmware, the camera is always continuous recording. Hikvision customer service confirmed the setting is correct for motion detection only, without continuous recording. Customer service give-up with no solution. Problem unsolved.

@collinfernandes1120 I just got through, make sure that you have a stable wifi connection, and that everything is connected properly from the NVR box. Then go to Network>Platform Access and check if the connection is online.
For firmware 4.30 or lower should contact support in your Country or send email to support@pramahikvision.com or support@hikvision.com to get more support
@@ondrinurdiansyah9555 I'm able to fix mine by changing the type of camera. Instead of an IP camera I change it to the other type. Then clicked apply. Then the camera instantly just connect without configuration

I added a new 5 dome hikvision camera to my nvr, video is streaming but not live recording. Find it difficult to get live recording

You can check your device ip address already in same segment or not? Then check your cable or wifi connection if you using wifi
