    Hey Chris out of every person out there with their paint videos you're the only one tips I follow to the tee. About to start my own project and noticed you use different guns. I bought me a R500 gun and need to get another for my clear what would you recommend another lvlp or hvlp have 27 gallon Snap On compressor just want to make sure I have the right gun for the job thanks

    • @GarageNoise
      @GarageNoise  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      How many cfm does your compressor produce? This is important to decide on a gun

    • @albertgutierrez3865
      @albertgutierrez3865 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Puts out 7 cfm at 125psi.. had to Google and look it up

      @@albertgutierrez3865 Since your working with limited cfm stick with the lvlp. R500, Inokraft drzzle d1, or yt 160

    Amazing video Chris, considering you don't have a spray booth I think your finishes come out very clean as it can be difficult and frustrating when you put so much effort onto the prep and cleaning only to find a lot of dirt nibs in the clear.
    Thanks for sharing and I hope you and your family have a great New Year🙏👍John UK

    Another GREAT video Chris! I really like the Finish 1 line, The FC710 is great for fast clear, and the FC-720 is a great for general use, but the FC-740 is a stellar clear with even higher solids! For the price...Whoa! Love it brother and so stocked to see you at 50k subs, very well deserved sir! Happy New Year!

    Thanks for this tutorial you are a great teacher. Curious why you didnt blend into hood and bumper? Im guesing the odds of noticing a shade difference too low to justify the extra work and material but would like to hear your thoughts

    • @GarageNoise

      Well, the insurance company didn't pay for it. Most of the time I would have insisted they do but we were also under a time crunch. I did a sprayout and the color looked great.

    what have noticed is when i spray the Finish1 710.. i get more orange peal.. so i've gone to only the 720 it's been giving better finishes. yes it's slower to dry, but basically no wetsanding needed barely any orange peel

    • @GarageNoise
      @GarageNoise  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I like the 720 but if I need to color sand it the next day it's very hard to get those fine scratches out seems like it need another day or to to cure.

    • @GarageNoise

      @@GarageNoise audio from TH-cam (and standard broadcast TV, movies etc. is in Stereo: a separate channel for right and left ears.
      Your video does not have audio on the right hand channel, only the left hand channel. That is sometimes the result of a mistake in processing. It may have been TH-cam's fault.
      If you listen to this video on headphones or earbuds, you will hear the difference right away.
      It is a frustrating and disconcerting experience, and will reduce your videos reach because many will not put up with it.
      As far as I know, the only way to fix it is to delete this video and reupload it.
