There is a canon two-headed t-rex Dinosaur in Eberron! - Lurking Two-Maws is her name, and she lives in Xen'Drik, though she was Gargantuan in 3rd edition. Technically her second mouth was on her chest, not in a second head, and she had tentacles too - but this mini would still make a great alternate version of her for a modern game!

You also have one in Faerun...though it's a fiendish one tied to a forest that is rumored to be a minor domain of ravenloft since it seems to appear and disappear and wander all over the place

I have a homebrew for a lycanthrope species the Were-Tyrannosaurs. A breed of Lycanthropes that are revered in the lush jungles by Lizard folk, ogres, and even some giants. This set and the lizard folk set gives me more inspiration for this particular area in my own campaign world.

Ok, hear me out: even before getting "Shrine of the Kobold Queen", I started repainting my old D&D pre-painted kobolds and added to my small 'bold force some zombie dinosaurs (I found some cheap zombie dinosaurs toys at a flea market, no idea where they're from, but the rexes are roughly large sized and I used a couple of small trikes to pull a cart as some sort of chariot) and while I know that the Red Dragon was meant to be the BBEG of the kobolds... this big gal could do the trick and fit the theme of my 'bolds even better!
Maybe I'll paint her as an albino (my kobolds are still cave dwellers, after all) OR as an axolotl, seeing it looks like it has some sort of frills extending from the back of its heads.

Those babies could have been really nice small minis, similar to the flaming skulls with the lich queen boss. Didn't have to be much, but would have been a great addition.
That being said, the mini looks pretty good. I generally don't like using dinosaurs in my games, but this one looks fun to paint, and might just be cool enough for me to grab.

Looking at this thing up close, it looks like a Mutant! It’s armed with not just two heads, but two Raptor Claws, A Spiked Clubbed Tail! And thick armor!
It’s quite monstrous! It can be a Beast to contend with! And honestly I was curious if Steamforged Games had any new Offerings coming?
I mean, they did release the Duragar Cult booklet for Free RPG Day, so now I’m curious if that will be getting a Mini or Future Box soon?

My only annoyance is that that thing is not a Tyrannosaur, it's some kind of raptor judging by the feet, the tail is another mess...it's some kind of hybrid abomination there
