With Beau's thoughtful approach to videos and journalism, I think that a "Shock Faced" Beau would generate fear - the antithesis to his channels purpose. Hey Beau, I wanted to Thank You for the videos you and your team do. You're professional and do good old fashioned journalism. You can tell that you care about the content you put out and how it's put out. It's nice to be able to watch a video and not have the person doing the video yelling at the camera, bouncing around in the chair, throwing things around, swearing, calling people names, etc. Yes, you let your emotions and frustrations show at times but that's a good thing. You don't go over the top with it like some people on other channels do. You don't put out a bunch of videos a day going over the same content multiple times a day. You don't have a bunch of people putting out the same videos that were just retitled for more views and likes. You don't act like "a know it all" and put other Media outlets, TH-camrs down. Thank You for your professionalism and keep up the good work.
Sounds like people love your content so they want more. I hope you don't feel pressure in that. This is your channel and I hope you're not overworking yourself.

This is bothersome to people on the spectrum too, which is why I have "translated" some recipes.
In a way it is the opposite of what you did, but for someone without a great tutor it may be a help.
Just put .dk after my name to find the recipes. (Don't use the number)
They are formatted for use on a phone, but can be printed and hung on the fridge.
Re: daily recap- that used to be the evening news, back in the day
There are a bunch of outlets that aren't half bad at it as long as you have a few grains of salt on hand. NPR does headlines every half hour if you can stand their pathological neutrality.
To me real journalism is reporting the facts, and that's why I've been watching your videos for so long. If I want drama I'll go to the theatre.
I’m glad you don’t sacrifice your integrity to be first or to get more clicks. It’s one of the differentiators of your channel.
I love your thumbnails because they are not click-baity. They are just the Beau we come here to listen and interact with.
Love how many questions assume Beau has the superpower to be even more productive than he already is!
My idea for the thumbnail is a close up on your shirts/hoodies😊 That way we can see them as a preview to topic💙💙💙
Beau admitted that the portion we can see is often the relevant portion.
Below the sight line, not so much.
Even so, it does seem more and more of them are fully relevant these dsys.
Great idea. I don’t see the whole shirt on my phone…
But maybe a little mystery is part of the draw?
Some of his shirts/hoodies are worn several times due to topics. Then we’ll get confusion over duplicate thumbnails.🤪I think his current simple method, even though not perfect, works.
@@hotplasma He rarely wears the same shirt 2x on the same day or week even. Not sure that would be anymore confusing than trying to use his current titles or his random thumbnails.
Since the thumbnails all are similar anyway, I try to use what I can remember of the shirt and the title keywords to find something I want to reference back to, anyway.

With Beau's thoughtful approach to videos and journalism, I think that a "Shock Faced" Beau would generate fear - the antithesis to his channels purpose.
Most people - "I'm releasing a book"
Beau -"I'm releasing a book, as soon as I have 3 to 5 videos to expand on it!"
Hardest working journalist on the Tubes!
Beau, you're sparing with commercial interruptions and don't have them on your other channel, so i let them run through without skipping during "the Roads".
Your content has lots of value, and I'm happy to support your team with some ad revenue! ❤
A commercial interrupting a sentence in exactly that topic was pure irony. Since Beau made the comment on how the advertising revenue works and is used I also let them roll (unless they're really annoying), also for other creators.

Good morning!!!! Hope you enjoy a super sparkly day 🦋

Beau - the Integrity GOAT❣
Looking forward to the book! Much as I love holding hardcopies, I'll go with the ebook for many reasons. As far as how fast you respond to a breaking news story, I like it. I've clicked on more than one video by others that I didn't complete because I didn't feel there was enough factual info.
Audiobook for me.😊
Beau doing an audiobook? Hell yes
Walter Cronkite was big on being RIGHT and not FAST.
Anyone else get a mid-roll ad in the middle of the segment on mid-roll ads?
MacGyver, Bill Nye, SERE! What a combination, I for one can't wait!
You are my True North for Media Consumption Best Practices.
I like the simple thumbnails. A lot of channels have clickbait thumbnails because that's what the algorithm rewards. I really appreciate the focus on accurate and informative information instead of chasing the algorithm with clickbait thumbnails.
For the record I love the awful thumbnails
You confused Bumblebees with Honeybees? Ooooh, that's gotta sting!😂! Sorry Beau, I just couldn't resist!
Genius move putting the mid roll directly in the spot u were talking about it 😅
I am glad you do Beau your way 👍👍 I have unsubbed soooooo many YTers for the sensational crap 🙄 when EVERYTHING is breaking news...ugh...worst haunting ever, we were terrified! (every single episode 🤨). With Beau, all I have to see is that barely contained glee in his eyes and I'm here. 😂
That's why I dropped the meidas channel.
Howdy. Beau &. Beau Peeps
A while back you explained that the ads generate revenue & you use that money to help with fundraising. So if the ad is about a min or less, I let the ads play to give you that little bit of money. Thanks for all you do! No need to overwork yourselves. Take time to have fun and relax. Best Always!
Well, now that you've put it out there, someone's gonna go through, watch, and catalogue all your videos to help out!
10:40 PRICELESS a "break" while talking about flow of your content😂😂😂😂😂😂

How to make a battery: shove a nickel and a nail into a fruit.
Basically any 2 different metals into a vat of acid will have a good chance of working. The fruit is a common way to do it for school projects.
If you can get 5 to 5.5 volts out of them, you can rig up a USB type A port and charge your phones. Might need resistors to control the current, might need a capacitor to keep the voltage stable, might need a diode to keep the current going the right way, but it ought to work (I need to review Big Clive).
@@MMuraseofSandvich Resistors and capacitors aren't hard to make either. Some aluminum foil and some wax paper rolled together will make a nice capacitor.

I say this after every one of these specific videos… “Beau, you’re the effing best”! It’s so great to have someone like you, doing exactly what you do, and the way you do it. Such a breath of fresh air, in the world. Thanks again for everything you and your team do! Beau, you’re the effing best!
Thanks again Beau for pointing out how we can get in touch with you. ❤ and thank you for all the information.
Good morning on Thursday, have a peaceful day all.
Thank you Beau.
Congrats on finishing the book! As far as I'm concerned, you put out plenty of content, almost more than I can keep up with. Thank you very much. :)
Good Morning internet people!
As soon as Beau mentioned still kicking himself, I knew immediately that it was gonna be those bumblebees. The accuracy and integrity at play here is both noteworthy and admirable.
We're a fortunate community in that way, and I'm thankful. He has set the bar quite high. That's how it should be, but I don't take it for granted.
Good morning Beau and internet folks.
The t-shirt of the day should be the thumbnail.
On the Roads again👍
i love the ad break in the middle of the sentence on ad breaks
I love that your answer regarding B roll ads was firmly interrupted with an ad. Way to prove the point TH-cam.
"I'm sure that will make sense in a minute" - I'll make good use of that approach to a state of confusion
Thank you once again for all you do.
I don't even look at the thumbnails. If it's a video from Beau, I watch it.
I appreciate your journalistic integrity.
You have integrity, Beau. That's one of the reasons we love you & your channel! Please don't change! ❤
👋
Thanks Beau and crew 😊.
Good Morning IQ! ☀️ Good to see you! 😊

Good morning
Hi Beau, quick note.
Danish ministry of Defense issued a correction on the Artillery story. It's something we did back in 2023 that got referenced. Not a new thing.
Unfortunately.
Thanks for your reality timing perspective on this. I too thought it was new - and regularly follow world news. There is way too much news happening all at once...
That's a bummer. I was excited for Ukraine. I hope the story about Canada sending some things there is a current one.
I believe Ukraine's needs are dire and real. If we'd just sent things quicker and in greater volume, I think they'd be doing much better. Not that they aren't doing amazing things holding the Ruzzians at bay with the equivalent of bailing wire and match sticks. I'm betting they could put those to some innovative use, as well. 🇺🇦✊💙🌻
The mid roll ad came during the middle of the explanation for the mid roll lol
I swear, I just need a clip of Beau laughing and happy every morning to start the day. It's so infectious that it instantly puts me in a better mood as if I've had a rare chance to see my friends.
I am glad that you wait for the facts. If you put "everything out there", it wouldn't be journalism, it would be gossip.
Good morning, Beau.
Thank you , Beau!
I appreciate that you do simple thumbnails. Its you. Its fine
The mid ad just as your talking about mid ads.
🙄 😊
Staying factually correct is much better in the big picture. It’s one reason viewers can rely on Beau to be a heck of a lot more trustworthy than many sources
I think I dig it. People are used to thinking in terms of money and profits, rather than thinking in terms of living and results. I look forward to this series {I got a commercial break right before you said, "Sometimes they disrupt the flow..." and I'm rolling XD )
6:30 sounds like you’re training us to be Lego Master Builders
💯 😂😂
I literally was about to type the same thing
The way you report stories is why I rely on you for in-depth analysis on issues. The fact that you don't include unverified info or sensationalize the news is what makes your reporting solid, reliable, and credible. Thank you for what you do.
I’m so excited for the boooooooooook!!!
Getting a midroll ad during the midroll explanation was perfection 😂
It was a thumbnail of yours that motivated me to click on it, as it made me think it was an "average Joe" opinion, but as it's turns you are more than average, very informative, as a matter of fact, so I subscribed.
The ad literally played in the middle of you saying "so it doesn't break the flow," and proved your point quite well.
I love that i got a midroll ad in the middle of talking about breaking up the flow 😂 . I appreciate that you dont break up short videos. It doesnt bother me to have them on 20 min videos unless its every 3 mins. Some creators have ads set so high that the videos are unwatchable. I dont have that problem here though.😊
We're here for the facts and appreciate everything you do and how you do it! Thank you Beau!
The thumbnail usually shows a facial expression that is a preview of the tone of the video. It's fun!
Omg! Will YOU be doing the audio for the book? No one could do it like you!
I'd sign up for that. Positive vibes from New Hampshire, remember to be kind to each other and yourself during these trying times.
Hi everyone. Dont know the question yet, but i love everything about you!❤
Good morning 🌞
I'm here for the reliable content. I know I'm never being click-baited. "Just Beau" is the perfect thumbnail. The only thumbnail suggestion that I agree with is a shot of your T-shirt, as I often can't read the whole thing on the video itself. But that's just a fun suggestion. Keep doing what you do & thank you for all that you do!
