Good video and thanks for sharing. Question…if you have the time. I have a “Non Pilot Arc” plasma cutter and it has a spacer guide at the tip of the torch and makes it difficult to maneuver when trying to make fine cuts either straight or in a curve. Do you have any suggestions?

Depends on the specific torch setup and amperage. These ones on the old Hypertherm 30 run a really long time like this.
